I'll start by saying this is without a doubt the best physical therapist I've been to. I've been going to one on and off for the last six years. I can finally say this is my go to. Without naming other establishments this one goes above and beyond to make sure my issues are addressed in the best possible manner. Tony is my go to therapist, he's personable, compassionate, and really takes time to work with me. He makes sure each exercise is done correctly to be the most effective. He doesn't force anything that is too painful, which I can't say about other establishments. Although my issues are pretty bad, he without a doubt helps me relieve some of the pain. If you don't use Tony there are some other great therapist too, they are never understaffed! Best part is they are open 6 days a week which is super accommodating for my work schedule. I couldn't recommend EPTG any more. I highly suggest giving them a shot if you're looking for a therapist!! read more

Only have to say I am extremely disappointed with this business practice . They did take the money and didn't check with insurance whether that would cover it for the whole year and at the end said insurance is not paying enough to them so have to cut you off: absolutely horrible and never seen anything like that before in my whole life. I would not be recommend this business practice to anyone and they didn't try to make it right or assume responsibility which they should . They should have checked what the insurance covered prior to accepting payment . This is not acceptable at all read more

I really never write reviews but my experience at Exchange was life saving so it is necessary. With my mother being an ER nurse I rarely entrust my health with just anyone. Jaclyn had the same healing touch my mom had and made over the course of a few weeks I can say that my back pain has completely vanished. I have suffered from chronic back pain and I finally feel some relief. I was given wicked easy at home exercises to do and I feel amazing. If you are looking for a good PT spot look no further. Highly recommended by a nurse with high expectations. I needed a convenient place for PT to help my Mother regain her strength and balance with walking and transferring. They were close by and had great reviews so I sent a message on a Saturday morning. I received a prompt and courteous response from the owner. She arranged for her staff to call me first thing on Monday. Maria called me as promised and was very helpful in scheduling an appointment with the PT Director, Dr. Ben. We met with Dr. Ben and the rest of the staff. Everyone was lovely. They were very professional and treated my Mom and sister with kindness. Maria came outside to help us from the sidewalk into the clinic. Angie was helpful scheduling appointments and entertained my sister along with Maria while Dr. Ben and Ryan took my Mom's medical history. Ryan did a great job with his assessment and exercise program. He worked very well with Dr. Ben and was competent in everything I observed. I could not say enough about how happy we are with Dr. Ben. He is compassionate and has a wonderful manner. He provided education on her strengths and weaknesses and was willing to create a plan to optimize her function in a short amount of time. He provided insight to improve her deficits that no PT or OT from the hospital or home care visits had pointed out before. He made continual observations throughout the session even while he spoke with me. He is very bright and picks up on important details. It is obvious that Dr. Ben loves what he does and that he enjoys working for this company. Myra has a wonderful personality and made an effort to make all of us feel comfortable and welcomed. I saw her working with someone else. She is very dedicated and motivated to help others. Ryan and Myra helped us get back to the car after the session. I have to say that the entire staff exceeded my expectations which is not easy. They all went above and beyond. The place was also very clean. My Mom was motivated to work with Dr. Ben the rest of the staff. She actually enjoyed the experience and is looking forward to her next visit. I received the electronic care plan. I find the videos very helpful to perform the exercises correctly while providing a way to track progress and keep us organized. The culture is a reflection of the impression I received in my communication with the owner. I was very impressed with every aspect of their services. I can't recommend exchange place therapy group enough! I had such a wonderful experience here, that I was actually sad to leave when I got better. I worked predominantly with Zach and he was an amazing PT. He was knowledgeable and kind and truly takes the time to listen to his patients. The entire staff provided an warm environment that made each visit enjoyable. I would say the only downside was the inability to book appointments online, though the reception staff was very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend this practice. read more

After going to many different physical therapy clinics for several sport injuries my entire life I was referred to Exchange Physical Therapy Group by a colleague. From the moment I picked up the phone to schedule my first visit I was greeted warmly and professionally. The EPTG office staff were able to accommodate my busy work schedule and get me seen by the physical therapist right away. After month of having Achilles' tendon pain Jaclyn was able to fix the problem in less then 6 weeks. The sport specific program she has me on includes stretching, jumping, and dynamic movements targeting everything from my hip down to my ankle. I cannot say anything but this place is the best! I rarely give 5 stars and FINALLY I am because of the staff. I have had neck pain with migraines for months and I have been to numberous doctors with this problem; no one has been able to help me but these guys. The clinic is fresh/clean/new. I am so happy they finally opened in Weehaken so I am able to go to both locations. The staff is super friendly and they are able to book weekend appointments with me because of my busy schedule. This new Weehawken clinic is absolutely gorgeous! Super spacious and clean! I just add the views are spectacular!! I went to the Jersey City clinic for 8 months to heal my shoulder and make it stronger from multiple small tears in the ligaments surrounding my shoulder. I walked in there and could barely move it with frozen shoulder. Three times a week for 7-8 months I worked with Jaclyn the most, but pretty much saw all the physical therapists during this timeline. My wedding is in six weeks and I couldn't be happier that my shoulder is healed and I have full range of motion now. I've been coming to EPTG on and off for years for various injuries. They are my go to for physical therapy. The staff is excellent at what they do and very detail oriented. I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could! In my first month of pregnancy back in January I discovered I had issues with my piriformis muscles which led to taking time off work because I couldn't walk at times and the pain was so excruciating that when the spasms occurred I would have to stop in my tracks and have my husband help me get to a place to sit or lay. I called this place (even though they were out of network for me) and came to see Ben for a consult. He was extremely informative about my issue, comforted me and in that consult, we made a plan of recovery. Within a few weeks, the pain was GONE! Because I was early in my pregnancy, I feared it would come back if I didn't maintain the exercises for it so I've been going to them once a week since then. It's now June, I am due in August and I plan to be there to the end and then even after for post care. After Ben did a consult and a few months of work on me, Adrian stepped in and he was as great! He made sure I kept to my routine and even though his massages were hard at the time because the areas were so tender, I always let him do his thing because I knew they did the job and helped move me along to feel much better. This facility is amazing!! I have had jaw pain and headaches for a year now since starting school and it greatly affected my life. I decided to give physical therapy and chiropractic a shot by coming to EPTG and they were actually able to fix my pain and decrease my headaches over the course of only 6 weeks. The practice is brand new and the treatment is all 1-on-1. Dr. Drew was able to pinpoint exactly what my problem was from the first day and the EPTG team set up a treatment plan to tackle the problem! I love this place, the atmosphere is amazing and you do not feel like you are at the doctor's office. Another bonus is it is located right next to the light rail station which makes commuting very easy for me. If you are in pain then EPTG is the place to go! read more

I've been coming here for a few months now and I can say they have definitely helped me with my old-man-sitting-at-a-computer-all-day pains. My shoulders, back and things (among other places) have been seriously degrading the past few years and instead of just going for a massage or adjustment, I've learned the causes for my pain and how to get in front of it with preventative training also. Zach and the entire staff have been great with my treatment - and Tiffany with my scheduling - and there is a fun atmosphere that makes it more of a pleasure than a chore.
