I was incredibly overwhelmed with having to move and this company made it so easy and took a lot of my stress from me! They responded right away and were up front with pricing and didn't have tons of hidden fees that some companies have. The owner was quick to get me scheduled and very pleasant to work with. We called Jaguar Moving after being referred by a friend. They not only said yes, but had multiple crews come to help after their already scheduled moves so we could complete ours that day! They were able to fit my truck unpack job in very quickly. However the two guys that moved my stuff from the truck to a storage unit dropped several items. Including an antique sewing machine. They drug my mattress across the dirty asphalt which left a huge black tar like stain on the edges of the mattress. I asked them to pack the furniture in the back of the storage unit and the smaller totes and boxes towards the front so we could pull those items out as needed. Instead it looks like everything was tossed in without care. My boxes and totes are now trapped behind some large furniture items and are very hard to get to. read more

I cannot recommend them! Their point man Jonathan (on the phone) and the two guys who moved me smiled, were polite (even to each other), efficient and worked hard with big rain on both ends. But, and this is a big but and why I can't recommend now. If the company makes good on it I can change this rating. They did NOT wrap my mattress in plastic. Even if they had wrapped 8 inches on the side they laid on the truck floor they would not have caused this problem!! Instead they put my mattress and box springs on the floor of a very wet truck! My king mattress and box springs (Stearns and Foster) got drenched! They are ruined. Obviously, I could not sleep in the bed. I had to buy a new king size mattress today. Found this moving company on Yelp and this was the worst moving experience I've encountered. I booked moving services with them 2 weeks prior to my requested move date. I received a confirmation email but no follow up phone call or pre-move survey. I had to call and confirm if I was on their books before my move date. Once the team (2 guys) arrive they mentioned they didn't bring boxes! I needed packing and moving services in which should have been discussed on a pre-move survey. One of the workers decided to just walk out and quite since he was winded after the first flight up to my apartment. The management failed the team he hired. There was a time mix up but jaguar moving was flexible and made it work. The move did take a lot longer than expected. I've moved 4 times in the last 6.5 years and it's always been 3 hours or less. I think the bed was broken down more than it needed to be which probably slowed down the move a bit because there was 1 guy loading while the other disassemble and at the new location 1 guy unloading while the other assembled. I believe there were also a couple minor scratches on furniture. All in all I'm pleased and most importantly happy to be done with the movie and in my new home. Thanks, guys. read more

I would encourage all to think twice before using this moving service. They get one star for arriving early but the remainder of my move was a disaster. They took much twice as long as other movers I have used in the past. They failed to move all of my items, so I had to make multiple trips on my own to get the rest of my stuff moved. The lack of communication was an issue. The window of time was 1-5 for them to complete the job, but they didn't show up until way after 5. Broken furniture. They literally were not going to tell me they broke my furniture until I asked where a specific piece was and he stated, "let me go get it for you right now." Then his story slowly evolved to "it split down the middle. I'll have my boss call you tomorrow." I'm still waiting on a phone call. On a positive side, the movers were nice. Worst moving company I've ever dealt with and I've moved many times. Movers rode the clock, broke a bedroom dresser and monitor and hid them from me while accepting a tip. The company charges a 4% fee for using a credit card so I paid cash. Never got a receipt and Timothy (the mover who broke stuff) charged me $100 haul fee to take away several items which he then dumped in a neighbor's construction dumpster. Paul at Jaguar Moving refused to refund the tip and told me they'd only mail a check for the $100 "haul" fee. 2 weeks later and no check and no call from managers despite multiple requests. I had hired movers for my recent move based on a recommendation from my friends in town. From scheduling to the move, everything went seamlessly. Everyone was professional and there were no hidden fees. Matt and Mitch were very quick despite my move being their second of the day! Sadly, I had a poor experience with Jaguar Moving in August 2019 and now have to warn everyone reading their reviews, which they pride themselves on. The team was friendly, but quite slow. It took 3 men 7 hours to move a 2 bedroom condo from Jax Beach to Nocatee. They also use a LOT of plastic wrap which is quite wasteful, wrapping items to "prevent damage". I told them I wanted my TVs strapped in the truck but they used boxes that I had to pay for. I was shocked my move cost almost $800. The worst part is the movers left giant scrapes in beautiful new hardwood flooring, as well as a damaged table and painting. I told the team leader on site about the floors and showed him. I was instructed to email photos so Jaguar Moving could file an insurance claim. I won't bore you with all the details, but I had to send 3 emails over a week to even get an acknowledgement response. When I tried to call, the voicemail was full and I couldn't leave a message. 7 weeks later, not once have I ever received a proactive call or email from them about my damage. I have sent 6 separate emails, only 2 of which were ever replied to. 6 days ago, after emailing twice, the manager said "I do apologize for the time this process is taking i do however want to reassure you i will be handling your case first thing this morning." - Has he or anyone else gotten back to me? No. In summary, if you want to pay a lot of money, have your move take much longer than it should, and if you suffer damage have no one care or resolve to help, Jaguar Moving is the company for you. read more

First off I want to say that everyone we had contact with at Jaguar Moving were cordial and friendly. Unfortunately, cordial and friendly do not necessarily make for a professional moving company. Previous to our move, I had sold all of our large upstairs master bedroom furniture, most of the upstairs guest bedroom, a large china hutch and large oak dining room table. They only had to move a small downstairs bedroom and the living/dining room and outdoor items (no furniture) and one large toolbox. They brought two 26 ft trucks which should have been more than enough. Evidently not, I had the worst moving experience in my 65 years. How can that be looking at all these five star reviews; their "professional" help after talking with all them is nothing more than what appears to be day laborers. Almost every member we talked to had other jobs and only worked for Jaguar as a pick up job. I paid $220/hr (later reduced before the move to $200/hr) for a 4 man crew. Within two hours one crew member stopped working, I caught him kicking back in the truck on the couch. Now it's $200/hr for 3 man team (reoccuring complaint against Jaguar). This after telling them to pick it up as the new owner was due to move in at 4pm. After 5 hrs I was told they couldn't fit everything so I rented a 6x12 ft enclosed trailer. They chose to fill it with mostly small plants and some misc yard items. After 7 hrs, they left in the garage and side yard all our paintings/pictures, all of our TVs (including the new big screen TV), hair styling chair, concrete fountain, two concrete planters and a vintage wooden shelf with glass and other misc items. I had to hurry and unload my rented trailer the next morning and come back and pay a couple of the new owner's moving guys to load my trailer to finish the job Jaguar Moving did not. Our estimate was for $1800-2300. In the end they wanted more than $2600-$2700 for the 2.5 mile move. They charged $400 storage fee for the two trucks overnight. My wife got them to reduce it to $2300 total. (Further, don't bother marking any boxes because their movers don't read. We had boxes marked Shed and Garage all throughout the house, even moved a bag full of rotten trash). We asked for a refund on the move out day as they didn't fullfil their side of the contract and damaged our antique china cabinet (also lost skeleton key to it) and broke a lamp. The owner Hank offered $200, which I refused, for our frustration and in an email made themselves out as the victim. Take a look a some of the phone pictures to see what I am talking about. This company is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! They employ young kids who have no experience with moving just a strong back and a need for a paycheck. They damaged walls, flooring, etc., (to the sum of +$800.00 in damages). I was told that their claims department covers damaged furniture because they are a moving company but not damaged property. I have gone in circles trying to even get someone on the phone after of course the bill was paid. They are not a good company to use, there is no good customer care/services and definitely no accountability for what their employees have done wrong. If this is what you call customer service I am very sad for your prior customers and future ones. In times like these, I do not wish anyone misfortune but no paying customer deserves to be treated this way especially when I paid a ridiculous amount of money and received subpar service, not to mention an attitude from a mover that referred to my furniture as stupid and ridiculous in its craftsmanship. I originally used this company because of their good reviews at the time, huge mistake. I was very, very disappointed with this moving company. They damaged most of my big furniture (my couches being out in muddy water, my dresser being dragged on the ground and scratched, my side tables being all scratched up). Additionally they took NINE hours to complete what other moving companies took 3-4 hours to do. I went from a house with one floor to an apartment in a second floor for 2 bedrooms. As if damaging my property and wasting my money was not enough, the movers then asked e if they can park in my parking garage in the future to go to the beach (I love one block from the ocean). It was overall a horrible experience, an insult, a waste of money and I will absolutely never use this moving company ever again. They also left a ton of their own stuff behind, it was sadly comical at that point. They have never come back for it or even called about it. These gentlemen were quick to help me pack up the last few items in my move, took great care with my electronics, and completed the job in half the time I thought it would take, even with stairs. They were light hearted and fun to interact with, even in 94 degree heat. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! THIEVES!!! Used Jaguar Moving to move out of my house in September 2020. They were not prepared to pack up items, so ended up using our blankets to wrap fragile items. 6 weeks later, October 2020, used them again to unpack into our new house. Dining chairs had grease on them (because they were not properly wrapped) and expensive furniture damaged. While unpacking our items, I noticed that my $900 Gucci shawl was MISSING! It was clearly STOLEN as all my other scarves/shawls made it. We had paid insurance, and have yet to come to any resolution regarding our damaged items. They claim that they can not do anything about my stolen shawl, but to file a police report. Really?? We have moved 10 times over the past 30, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
