Recently, I have been experiencing this on and off pain with my hip that comes from running. My doctor suggested physical therapy so I made a call to Jaguar Therapeutics. My mom used to go here, and they also came highly recommended by some of my friends who are pretty sporty. It's been about three weeks of working with the team at Jaguar and everyone is great. While it seems typically you'll have at lead PT, mine is Christian, they all work together to help the clients reach their best. I've worked with Justin and Danny too and they have all made me feel comfortable and keep me educated on what's going on and how I can get better. Patty and Will in the front are super friendly too, as well as the PTs in training Cecil and Alex. The space is clean, the staff is attentive, and they have great equipment. They also offer acupuncture and chiropractor services, too. Each session takes about an hour, and what I like best is they truly take their time to make sure you're getting the most out of each session. While I don't wish the need to go to Physical therapy on anyone, Jaguar Therapeutics is definitely a great option if you are in that place. They have multiple locations, too. As for price - I'm sure it varies from insurance to insurance, but with my insurance each session is just $15 which makes this super affordable and well worth it! TY Jaguar Therapeutics fam. I walked over last week per doctor's orders and wish I hadn't listened. I was suffering from acute neck and arm pain. Seeing another Elite's rave review made me feel secure of my choice but I quickly realized that it was a bad choice. A heat pack and exercises shouldn't be given to anyone with acute pain. In fact, ice and rest is far more recommended. So naturally, I was in more pain the next day. Don't expect to have a seasoned physical therapist either - mostly interns. And to top it off the consultation cost me $120. Safe to say I will not be returning to this office. read more

This team is awesome. Great leadership from the owner which visibly translate across his entire staff. I came in with lower back/shoulder pain from years of negligence. The staff identified the issues through the initial consultation and explained the pain I was having in a way that was easy to comprehend. Since then they have provided what I consider to be white-glove service. You'll wait no longer than 2 minutes from the time you sign in. Awesome for a busy professional. It can be crippling (no pun intended) to find a new doctor. I had never been to a chiropractor before but, as a rather active chick, did not want some unknown lower back pain go untreated for long, so started my search. I landed at Jaguar Therapeutics in Coconut Grove thanks to the fortuitous intersection of awesome Yep reviews and good insurance coverage. They have a large staff covering physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, physiological testing, personal and sports training procedures. I've come specifically to Dr. Julio Parvade, a chiropractor. Since I do run and work out on a regular basis, I liked how this practice was particularly sports focused. All in all, treatments with Dr. Parvade have been helpful, professional, and warm. He really knows his stuff and breaks it down in a way anyone can understand. His scheduling makes it easy to get appointments after regular work time. It's also a learning facility, so it's not uncommon to have students there learning and maybe working with you, which I don't mind. Free valet is across the street which is much welcomed since the Grove can be difficult to park around. While I hope I don't have too many issues down the line, it's nice to know a spot like Jaguar is out there to help out! read more

This place is absolutely excellent in every way. I could not recommend it more highly. I broke my ankle a few months ago -- an incredibly inconvenient mishap -- and after having a cast to above my kneed or six weeks physical therapy was indicated and recommended. Fortunately, I was referred to Jaguar by someone connected with the sailing community with which it is well connected. It has been an extraordinarily excellent experience. The interior space is lovely and inviting, even though I hate gyms, and the equipment is excellent and seemingly quite new. There is a full range of what I imagine is all the necessary therapeutic equipment one might want. The staff is affable, enthusiastic and seems very capable and well trained -- my progress has been excellent and well supervised. In response to my inquiry, Chris (the often here mentioned friendly supervising owner) offered me a very reasonable monthly deal for using the facilities even when I wasn't having a treatment that day. I cannot even rate this place due to the lack of coordination with appointments. I was schedule for my first appointment at 8:30am on a Saturday. Upon arrival I was told they could not take care of me because they did not have the staff to do evaluations on Saturdays. Why was I scheduled on a Saturday? There was a light apology, however it sounded like I was to be blamed because I had cancelled my original appointment and they assumed this was just a follow-up. After several sessions and no change I consulted my doctor and was diagnosed with sarcoma in the calf. I had gone to this place for my severe neck pain, back pain and Achilles tendinitis. I did get about 70 percent relief in three sessions. The first two sessions doctor had spent good time. In the third session I felt he did not spend as much time as he should or could have and that's when I felt that it's a lil expensive for what I paid against the time spent. I went for a couple of sessions to a different Physical therapist and there is no way to even compare them. I've been going to Jaguar Theraputics in Delray for the last 8 weeks for PT on my recovering broken ankle after surgery. Dr. Joe Sobucki was my PT physician and from the first visit he was super friendly, great personality, very knowledgable of the recovery process, and had me doing activities earlier than I'd expected. Every visit he had me doing different activities to work all areas of my ankle and each week I saw improvement which gave me a boost of confidence in getting back to 100%. Their state of the art machines like the Anti-gravity treadmill had me walking and running way before I would be able to on my own which helped heal and strengthen my ankle that I wouldn't have been able to with out. Joe had a few great techniques he used on my ankle and leg such as: graston tech, manual massage, and ankle specific stretches amongst other exercises. His energy level and drive to get you pumped is contagious...I always looked forward to my PT visits with Joe. Great guy all around! The entire staff was wonderful and they made every effort in making appointments to accommodate my schedule.
