I don't even know where to start with Dr. Grossman. He is an absolute miracle worker! Ok, let me begin by saying I had a terribel chiropractice experience 20 years ago, with someone who came HIGHLY recommended. I'm not saying the work was poor 100% - I don't know what happened, but my body did NOT respond well. It put me into deep spasm and a began a long difficult period with my back that was so hard to unravel. I never saw a chiropractor again, and went to PTs instead until... December 2024 I received a massage from his office therapist at her location (Michelle Jacobs, also INCREDIBLE). My neck and back were a MESS after working Art Basel. I was in so much pain and worried I'd take it with me to NY to take care of my parents. Michelle did wonderful things for it but... it's clear I was out of alignment. She said - GO to Dr. Grossman. I told her my story and said no. She said, trust me, he's gentle. I'd heard that before, but decided to try it, though I was full of fear the same events would occur. I went to him on a Friday. He adjusted me, and I had no negative affects. I felt some improvement, but I wasn't totally relieved, though 60% improved! He said, come back tomorrow. I hesitated. I said I didn't want my body to get addicted to need adjustments all the time, and felt suspicious that chiropractor work would do that. He said trust me. Again for some reason... I did. I went back the next day. After that 2nd session - I was 100% relieved of my pain. I went to New York and carried a heavy backpack and suitcase, and the work he did STAYED with me. No pain. I've been to over 30 Chiropractors in about a dozen states in America. Dr Grossman is up there in the top 2. Let me explain why. In my mind, there are three levels or tiers of chiropractors, each having to do with the amount of value-add their work has on the client. The first level, or least value-add, is the kind that typically put the client on stimulation pad for 10 mins, then crack your neck and back. Some of these are quite talented, but they aren't doing any deeper muscle, etc., which would allow the adjustments to last. The second level do what's known as sports chiropractic. These guys are usually great. They do stimulation, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (Graston Therapy), active muscle release, Kinesio Taping Method, cupping, and then the adjustments (snapping/cracking). In my experience these auxiliary are extremely important. Therefore, I go to second level chiropractors and above. The third level of chiropractors do the techniques involved in the previous two levels, but then bring something special to the table. They practice medicine that involves healing organs, metabolism, or other aspects of the body. Usually these sorts of practices take lots of training, so you won't find many chiropractors who offer them. Dr Grossman is a third level chiropractor. He offers stimulation, hot water bed, roller table, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, adjustments, and also reflexology, acupuncture, and acupressure. Furthermore, he takes my insurance, offers the non-insurance accepted services at an economical price. This last part is key, as most chiropractors who offer the third level services are boutique cash-only places. If you are new or old to chiropractors and chiropractic, give Dr Grossman a chance to take your experience to the next level. read more

This place was good the first time -- he really made an effort to try multiple things to relieve my pain. The second time was also decent, although not as good as the first time. However, the last few times, he has played the guessing game and recommended an alternative product instead of trying what he did the first time, which I told him worked perfectly. He doesn't seem to keep notes about patient visits, asks to fill out documents that he's supposed to fill out, and then doesn't even read them. Lastly, his sense of humor is off. He made a joke about my intellectual capacity based on what he thought my job was (I didn't even tel him anything - newsflash, if you had bothered to read, you'd know what I listed as my profession). After this, he commented on my age, then my communication skills, and then my weight. If I wanted to feel self-conscious when I came to my doctor, then I just would just go to a psychologist. If there was a ten-star option, Dr. Grossman would earn it. A little background. I have been to many of the very good Chiro's in Miami. What separates Dr. Grossman is his analytical disposition to symptoms, bed side manner and years of experience in different modalities. I came to Dr. Grossman a few weeks ago primarily to deal with a nagging issue in my right ankle. I exhausted orthopedic treatment. I was very concerned because the problem had been lingering for months and I was at a point that walking was painful and my gate was affected. Dr. G was on my insurance plan and a little research established he has been at this for decades. He seemed to be a good choice. AND HE WAS. From the first treatment I felt better; by the second I felt ALOT better. The visits are not a simple adjustment--each session involves different modalities such as heat lamps, Acupuncture, manipulation, massage (including an incredible massage table and a separate hydro massage table) and even asian foot baths. It is a long list. Nor are the visits limited in modality to ""get you to come back". He stresses nourishment of the organs and vitamin deficiency outside of his treatment. I get the impression that if it was up to Dr. Grossman, he would have one treatment cure your ailments (of course not possible. Before each session he takes the time to assess the efficacy of the last treatment to stage an effective treatment for that day. I have now had five treatments. My foot problem is 95% better. I have regained stability and the excruciating pain is--gone. And I generally feel much better overall. If you want to maximize your health and time, Dr. Grossman is definitely the go-to Chiro! I was very hesitant to see a chiropractor just because I was nervous about it. I had developed a persistent aching in my neck that wouldn't go away even though I was going every 1-2 weeks to a professional masseuse. I finally mustered up the courage to go and give it a try since nothing else was working and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Grossman makes you feel comfortable the moment you arrive. Dr. Grossman is the best chiropractor in miami. He is the consummate professional and a great human being. I highly recommend him. I tweaked my back working out recently and was in a lot of pain. I could only turn my head a little and then pain would shoot up. The pain was sharp, shooting and dull and constant. Went to visit Dr Grossman after finding him on yelp. He was the epitome of medical professional and a care provider. He did a thorough assessment of my condition and really took his time to treat me. He was kind and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease and alleviated my pain significantly. I left the office feeling much better and being able carry on most of my normal head and back movement. He followed up with me with a phone call the next day to see how I was feeling. I told him I would like to come for a follow up treatment and he was very flexible with the appointment. I went to DR. Grossman because my back was bugging me and his office was nearby. When I walked in I filled out some forms and DR. Grossman offered me dried pineapple chips which were delicious. But I digress, DR. Grossman genuinely cares about his patients and is playful and talkative with them. I enjoy hearing his advice for me on a variety of issues, always doled out with dry humor. He has fixed my back on several occasions including one time where I could barely walk. In that visit he spent a lot of extra time with me, trying everything he could to make me feel better. If you're looking for bright, spanking new, shiny machines, this isn't for you but if you want a chiropractor who has been in te game for a long time, knows what he's doing and truly cares about you, DR. Dr. Grossman is very friendly and approachable, and makes himself available to his patients which is key. I called for an appointment on a Tuesday midday and was able to get in for an early evening appointment. Additionally, he's reasonable in terms of pricing, $100 first visit vs over $200 for other area practices. He's upfront about his approach and is passionate about his work, he explains the full complement of therapies / issues he can help address. I also appreciated the fact that if you are not feeling better the next day, he invites you to go back and see him for a "free" appointment within a 24-hr period. I was still experiencing back pain the next morning after my visit so I went back and he pulled out all the tricks. It worked and I was back to normal! He even called me the next week to see how I was doing - how many times do you hear of that happening? I never write reviews but feel I should open up about my experience with this chiropractor. I am a 31 year old woman who has been struggling with neck pain for years. I've tried everything and it seems the best thing for it is exercise and using mild medications. I still have not lost hope that my pain can be resolved and with new insurance was willing to use someone on my plan. I liked that Dr Grossman also studied acupuncture. I was pleased to come in and see him having rapport with a patient. This is what I did not like. After quickly showing me all of his gadgets that "might help" I say I'd like to try acupuncture. As he was putting needles on my scalp and he says "did you know you have a receding hairline?" I say. Ummm I'm aware that my forehead is big but no I'm not balding. Good thing I don't have a complex about my forehead or that would have really hurt my feelings. Then he walks in after adjusting a woman in the other room and says "you know what you call women like that? ... Screamers" On a more positive note my neck felt a little better for about two hours. He told me it would take seeing him 3x a week for probably six months. And if he didn't help me he'd refer me to someone that could. If I'm going to be investing thousands of dollars, I'd like a little more confidence in a doctor, if not confidence maybe tact? I will not be returning. read more
