I walked in the office, clicked the link and was called about 5 minutes later. Ms Regina took me back to a room, asked me questions and then took blood. No pain or second attempts. She was good. When I've done this in the past, I would get a text saying "we're ready for you, please proceed to the office." No text came, so when a few minutes passed, I walked in. Assumed I was signed in and I was still on time for my appt. Nothing. When I asked the woman behind the desk she says "I called at 8:33 and you weren't in the lobby." I said, "I checked in from my car. I got no text or phone call. Besides this, her attitude was not great and she didn't seem to understand why I was annoyed and frustrated. What's the point of being able to check in from your car if this is going to happen. Apparently, only checking in from the kiosk inside is the way to go.

I was in and out of there before my appointment time. This was super easy and a great experience and I'll be back to this LabCorp in the future. I think the staff member who checked my paperwork and drew my blood was the only staff member there and it was totally fine the day I was there because it was very uncrowded. But on another day when it's busy it might not be quite as quick. Still I will come back here in the future and recommend giving it a shot.
