In my opinion we should have been given new hoses or at least advised we needed to buy them as an additional cost. I have read hoses need to be replaced every five years, so they are now overdue. I give 4 stars because overall happy and the hoses are not expensive but it is the principle of a new sale and customer expectation.

We had food perish as we had no refrigerator for almost three days. I used the warranty to replace around $63 of food. When we received payment , Jetsons refunded the warranty amount which leads me to believe we no longer have an extended warranty, ha!
