He left a fan to dry out the area. He will return to replace the base. The terrible smell has abated and by end of week we should have a dry functioning cabinet base. We knew exactly what we wanted, we were in and out in less than 30 minutes at a price I was comfortable with for brand new Frigidaire Refrigerator and Frigidaire Range. Easy money. Thank goodness we bought the extended warranty on the Refrigerator. Now, mind you, it is working great thus far! The issue was the delivery. It took three tries for them to get it installed. When I called Josh, he had no idea, nor did he follow up with me which would have been a great personal touch! He was in the loop because I kept him there. We had food perish as we had no refrigerator for almost three days. I used the warranty to replace around $63 of food. When we received payment , Jetsons refunded the warranty amount which leads me to believe we no longer have an extended warranty, ha! I'm cool with that because honestly I would rather deal with another repair service than use Jetsons for any other reason. You can trust me, It really happened. ;D
