My fiancé and I were introduced to Jaime through a friend who also worked with him on buying their family home in Hercules. We were first time homebuyers and at this point of our home search we had worked with two other realtors- both of which were very nice, but never made a real connection with. When we first met Jaime he exuded professionalism and genuine kindness. From the very beginning, he was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating with our limited availability. When we toured our first home, he made our time very meaningful by coming prepared with a folder containing information on the homes and was also very detail oriented on inspecting the homes' interior and exterior. He gave us specific details on materials that may need replacing or issues that may arise in the future. He painted a full and thorough picture of what to financially expect with each house we decided to place an offer on. We saw a total of three houses within one months time, and made two offers with our second offer being accepted. With each offer, Jaime used his invaluable knowledge of the market to gauge a fair price point for the home, and never made us feel like we had to offer above our comfort level to contend with the competitive real estate market. He also made sure that as first time home buyers we included the appropriate contingencies for our protection.
