Since someone else already bought him the exact same products, I went to return with my receipt. All items never left my car after I purchased them and were never used. The business owner was not around, and a very odd, arrogant, condescending, and flat-out rude employee insisted that the items were used and denied me a refund! In other words, EXACTLY what they sold me was EXACTLY what I returned, and they refused to refund. Even the non-electronic items (in sealed boxes) were being questioned!!! Additionally, when I initially made the purchases, one of the items was priced at $59.99. At checkout, I told the owner there must be a mistake.... the total price was off about $50. The OWNER told me that it was priced wrong. Any honest business would just honor what was marked on the box advertised. He just rolled over it like it was nothing and charged me $99.00 explaining the mistake. I was a bit bothered that he didn't do the basic and honorable thing and give it to me as $59.99 as priced but let it go because he seemed nice enough. They were not kind at all when I wanted to return though. The ignorant (and I mean unknowledgeable and lacking business, COMMON SENSE, and customer service skills) treated us like common thieves or dishonest people when we returned EXACTLY what we bought. Again, I don't normally post but in short, Piero's is obviously a very desperate outfit in need of $$$ and will go to any low to get it. They are money grubbers and under it all that's their game. I will never go back there again and will do all my business at downtown music store at Metropolis music store.

They started playing by ear and watching videos, but I wanted them to learn how to "read music" I also wanted them to focus on something more constructive than video games etc. I am amazed at the progress they've achieved and want to acknowledge their teacher, Jordan for his patience and encouragement. 2 teenagers with ADHD that lacked confidence and would be easily discouraged are continuing to learn and enjoying playing the piano by reading music and placing their fingers correctly on the keys. I am grateful!

I have been a…read morebroadway actor for 8 years, most recently in Beetlejuice the Musical, and I FINALLY found a brilliant vocal coach, music director, arranger and accompanist. But Scott offers so much more! Due to the pandemic everything has gone virtual and because of Pearson Studios I was able to pivot during the pandemic. Scott also has a state of the art recording studio and is a fabulous sound engineer and videographer. I now have a commercial voice-over demo (which landed me a commercial agent and a few v/o gigs), and also very professional self-tapes for my theatre and tv/film auditions. Not only does he offer his accompaniment and coaching skills, but he uses a professional microphone and protools, and a very fancy camera and back drop which totally ups my game! He also offers excellent acting coaching as well as acts as my reader. He is a one stop shop! Once I went to Pearson studios all my stress was taken away.
