I had similar experience. The only notification I received from them was the payment receipt. They mixed up my two cars and also got my address wrong. I ended up getting my license suspended without knowing it and then Jake was educating me about my due dilligence when I called him. They are even proud of not sending customers text/emails/phone calls about an overdue balance. And they got your address wrong and blamed you for not getting your mails. Do not go to this office. They will make mistakes that run into months of issues with you ending up having laps of coverage. Currently laps in coverage in auto and home owners insurance. They say they'll fix the issues but it's been 4 months and we're still having the issues. I'm sure State Farm as a whole is a great company so try a different office. read more
