They try to slip things by you when they write a policy so it is cheaper than old policy. Have to watch them. Guy that answers phone acts like he is doing you a favor . It's his job. They wrote me a policy then 2 months later in an email said Insurance co. would LIKE me to get new water heater. I replied heater works fine, no leaks all good. 5 months later I get a check from the insurance co. Ovation. I call Triton and find out I was cancelled 3 weeks earlier. No calls, letter or email telling me I was or maybe cancelled. Find out I was not insured for 3 weeks. Terrible agency. DO NOT USE ! read more

Because of Tiffany Firlik's mistakes in cancelling my old insurance policy, I am having to pay hundreds of extra dollars for 2 separate home insurance policies. I am still dealing with this issue more than 3 months later. Her work is fast and careless. Called to ask a few questions to assist my buyer with a couple insurance questions as we were told a property was uninsurable by another company. For my own knowledge I wanted to get a better understanding of what is needed to insure a home in Florida. They were incredibly rude and had the nerve to tell me I was being rude.
