Upon calling about some contingencies on my policy, she never mentioned I would receive a check for the remainder of my policy. She was busy telling me about how Barbara's husband does concrete and can fix my driveway. I found that a very unprofessional upsell. So after all this, I was just confused to what was going on and wanted some explanation. Makayla had no idea what was going on, and then when Barbara called, that's when I decided I'd go elsewhere.
