We have discovered some shady dealings and have requested a detailed history of the account. The credit union locked the account and after multiple visits and a lawyer the funds were transferred. Yet Westmark sternly denies us the requested history. WHY would any institution deny a legal accounting of the accounts history? I and my siblings should have the right to see how the account was handled, yet we still don't have that history nor any explanation from them. Guilty of account mishandling by this institution?
