On the rare case she does not have the answer (people are not computers) she has consistently gone above and beyond to provide two things. She let's me know she needs to make a call to underwriting to find out and then she always gets back to me. This takes the burden of calling back off of my plate. Also, her empathetic conversational style, helps me to feel comfortable that she cares about the issue I am calling about and that she is on my side like a true neighbor. I must say you have to get the DOL involved. For months Bob and I talked via phone and email. I asked for his supervisor Cynthia about every-time we talked by phone and email. He laughed at me and said good luck trying to reach her. "F*** really," I can not speak with your supervisor. NOPE, he said. No-really, Access is ONE of those insurance company that we see on commercials and how other insurance companies make fun of-it. Spoke with Bob again (Claim Adjuster for Access) on or about 1/9/17 for about TWO-THREE MONTHS about my settlement. PAUSE.. BTW: Their insured hit me from the back at a red stop light in July 2016. Bob had the nerve to offer me $500 on 1/9/17, then he moved up to $2500 then $5000 then $6000, now 5/5/17 i just received my check for 9k. THANK YOU F*** ACCESS. I did all this MYSELF without an attorney, if i used one he or she would have took about $3000-4000. Access do not care if you have an attorney it will just take more $$$ from your pie -and we all want our own pie!
