I first spoke with John who told me that he did not know how to process such a change and would get back to me. This type of request took less than a 5 minute phone call when I moved to FL. I waited over two hours and never heard back from John. When I called back to ask him about an update he was short with me, rude and said there is no one available to help me. I asked to be transferred and reached Charlene who provided fantastic service. Less than 10 minutes later my auto policy is transferred and I have the documents I need for the county tag office.
