The call rep transfers me to the OWNER Laura.. Laura rudely interrupted me during me asking if they could cancel the automatic payment, explaining I did not have the funds in my account, to cut me off.. and tell me to call the customer service number for Allstate, she can't do that..Before I could even object she hung up! If that is a policy, then at least give me an opportunity to cancel. How can they be so rude to people considering we are in a pandemic and many people are experiencing hardship. Im sure her office and her customer doesn't represent all Allstate agents but I'm appalled at how I was treated by the agents LEADER. That was disgusting. I've been a customer with this location this whole time and had no idea how nasty the owner is. I didn't ask for much, I guess when they can't get what THEY want they treat you like less than over the phone.
