I had to…read morecall and cancel 1 appointment for a cleaning because my Dad had fallen and was in the hospita. I explained this to them and they gave me a hard time but cancelled it and said just call back to re-schedule. Long story short they cancelled ALL future appointments and when I went in for the next appt. 3 of the women upfront ganged up on me and argued with me about the appt., it was all ridiculous because I missed 1 appt. I never go on here and say anything about any company wherher I have had a good or bad experienc. But I must say these people are fake and the dentist was not that great but after spending 7 grande all of a sudden they gang up on me for missing that appointment and saying I should go somewhere else. it was so dumb!! They had no problem with me coming 5 other times before that but since I missed an appt! i was a problem. I didn't yell or curse at them but since I disagreed with them I was a terrible person! Anyway....there are Dentists on every corner here so that is no problem and I didn't really like going there. It's all women there and the blonde with the bad perm is the worst and they are all pretty frumpy so maybe they are just miserable, but if you have to cancel an appointment be prepared!!!!!

Which is something I needed at the time. She explained all the procedures and X-rays that I would undergo during my visit. I told her I was having a bad day but she quickly said well hopefully I will cheer u up by the end of the visit and bring u a little peace while u r here. She is really funny, chatty and knowledgeable. After the visit was over I was in a happier mood. She was right! She is a lovely person and for that small snippet of time in the dentist office Susan bought some cheer into my life. I told her I actually forgot about my horrible day while she was servicing my mouth. The work she did on my teeth was great. She definitely values me as a patient and demonstrate great customer service. She is an example for others to follow.

While I am sure that office is excellent as well, I would be remiss not to redirect my review comments to the correct branch. I can not overstate, being new to the area, and a new patient, how welcome I felt visiting for my appointment. Dr. Nemigoda and her assistant, whose name I now forget, were exceptional in their knowledge and professionalism. The entire experience, from the welcoming smile upon entering the office, the "easy peasey" check in process, and the prompt attention and resolution to my dental issue were praiseworthy. I am scheduled for some additional work next week, and while I am not looking forward to the "dentist chair", I know I will receive the best treatment available.

That said, there is a hygienist at his practice who does not keep patient information and patient care confidential. Lance- I wrote a formal letter detailing my experience and submitted it to my dentist/the practice. To my surprise, I never heard from my dentist of over eight years. Instead, a woman called me telling me they got the letter and they handled it. Nothing was said during the call that acknowledged the seriousness of the situation nor made me want to continue going to the practice. The way that I was treated and the way the situation was handled was almost worse than the offense. So there's no need for me to call in.

My mom has an insurance that isn't widely accepted so we struggled the day before, calling the provider, doing google searches, only to get dead ends. Once we found this practice, we held our breath, hoping they'd be friendly and accommodating - overwhelmingly yes! Joy took great personal interest in my mom, and the ladies at the front desk were so resourceful, helping us find an endodontist for the next step in care. Dr. Magno was also kind and professional. The office is clean, coffee and water in the waiting area where nice music plays and plenty of travel and cooking magazines to peruse. Extremely pleased with our visit!
