Although they no longer carried EasyTurf (our personal favorite!), the new turf they use is just as good quality. We worked with Bobby O'Brien who was friendly, professional, and responsive. He was able to work with us on pricing and also sped up our install date, so we could enjoy our yard before the holidays! The crew showed up promptly and worked quickly. They were able to complete the project in only 1 day and did a great job cleaning up and enjoying our yard was ready to enjoy as soon as they left. We tried to reach him via phone, text, and email for several months. To this day our backyard is a mud pit. At this point, we just want a refund of the significant deposit we paid him. Robert only recently responded about a month ago when I said I was writing an honest review of our horrendous experience. He offered no explanation for his disappearance only excuses. And no, we still have not received a refund as of January 26, 2026. We are out a big chunk of money. It's been a complete nightmare. This has been the most disappointing and disheartening experience we have ever had. Avoid doing any type of business with Robert Heltzel at Total Turf and Greens.

Begged for DEPOSIT/half of the money UPFRONT (that morning after they showed up/started unauthorized work)!...and followed that with Very low quality work, added more money to price to run wiring to the control panel for the Sprinkler install....They pulled my synthetic turf and wiring is sloppy and exposed/shown all across my back yard and down the side of the house to the control panel.... Sprinkler units were improperly installed and only cover HALF of the area of the front yard. I literally have to pay for the work TWICE and pay way more money to have someone come fix this MESS!!! I felt bad and wanted to give them the business, and instantly regretted that decision. It was late/getting dark so I couldn't review their work fully until the next morning. Would never refer their work or service to ANYONE!!! They should be reported to the BBB!
