One of the fellas even offered to come tow it for a nominal fee. Sean was very understanding about the need to reschedule and was polite when I finally showed up as promised. They also called me before moving forward with any additional work that was outside of our original discussion, which I really appreciated. My scooter was also available for pickup a day early!
