Large selection. Remodeled showroom. Large parts department. However, the prices are pretty high. My trade in was lowballed big time. At like 30 cents on the dollar. If you're looking at a used bike I'm not sure they even bother to put it thru the shop. They may just wipe it down with a wet rag and spray some armor all on the tires and put a top of the range retail price on it. If you buy a new bike remember they add a $895 "destination charge". Also, the service department is always backed up several weeks, so good luck getting an appointment. It's a mixed bag here. read more

I have purchased 3 bikes from crossroads. Transactions have been pretty smooth. This past week I wanted to get a new tire for my son's crf125 (for his birthday). The older gentleman in service (aka, I know more than you) actually trumped the manufacture book, which listed the tire size as a 16. He insisted it was a typo and the tire size is actually 14! After a brief back and forth, he reminded me that he IS the authority on everything motorcycle so I bought the 14. Got home with the tire (2hr round trip) and guess what size the rear on the 125 is? After the employee finished helping the customer, he went to the back, completely ignoring my husband. He then came back out and STILL ignored my husband for several minutes. Great business and great staff. I was shopping for a bike online and found one I was interested in about 30 minutes before they closed. I knew I would get to the store right as they closed and more than likely be turned away, but I figured it was an excuse to take a ride. Once I got there, they were shutting everything down, but Dan ("The Man" as I am calling him, haha), was very friendly and open to showing me around, answering questions in the bike I was interested in, and his riding experience... All without the feeling of being rushed out of the door. I didn't end up buying a bike that day, but due to the level of knowledge, professionalism and courteousness provided by Crossroads staff, I have since purchased not one, but 2 bikes there (a new M109r and Rebel 500). Crossroads Powersports is a great business with a very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Im a 34 years old man, so far I have bought 12 vehicles and 5 motorcycles thus far, 3 of which were from Crossroad Powersports. The first 2 purchase was not a pleasure experienced for me, not the salesman's fault (Derek Osner), but rather the service department( issue was addressed by the termination of one of the employee). And I got so upset that I had vowed not to come back to this place again as a customer. But months went by, when I'm calmed and collected and ready to make another purchase of a new bike. First thing on my head was Crossroad Powersports, why? Simply because the dealership has 2 characters that any conscious buyers would want; first they are willing to work with you to purchase your dream bike with no nonsense bs sale techniques. Second, customers nowadays come to the dealership well researched and sometimes they know about the products more than salesman trying to sell it. So it comes to customer service, Derek is a very nice guy and sincere. Don't get me wrong, at the end of the day everybody has to eat but he is a person to go to when you come to Crossroad Powersports to buy your dream bike. I came in today and bought the Yamaha MT09, the whole process took around 1.5 hrs, Derek is getting better at it lol. I was very pleased with the bike, the service and especially the fast in and out service. The finance manager is a very nice lady, she will get all your paperwork ready in a very professional manner. So from a guy who used to be pissed off at the place, but since it's so good I had to come back and bought myself another bike. It's no reason for you not to come! Trust me, just come in and look for Derek, you don't even have to buy anything just look around. Their showroom is under renovation but has plenty of bikes for you to sit on ( not the H2 though ). AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! I have tried so many times to give this place a chance and I am just let down every single time. The first time I went in I had cash in hand looking to test ride a small 300cc motorcycle and I was insulted and told by a very rude salesman and told that no dealership would ever allow someone to test ride a bike. A week later, the manager apologized to me. Going against my better judgement, I accepted the apology and purchased the bike. Things only got worse from here. Once I received the bike I realized that the trellis frame had a deep scratch on it and the kick stand paint was chipped and was already rusting. Yes, I should have inspected the bike more thoroughly prior to buying but you should be able to expect a new bike to be in new condition. About 2 months later I bring the bike in for service and to have a flat tire repaired. About a week after dropping it off I call in to see if it was ready. They told me it was already done. NO ONE CALLED ME. I was never notified that the work had been completed. I then leave the shop and I realize that even though they charged me $100 for a damn tube, they DIDN'T EVEN BALANCE THE WHEEL. Somehow they put 12 wheels weights on it but didn't actually balance it. The bike was bouncing around like crazy on the highway. I had to come back the next week and wait 2 HOURS for them to fix the problem. They also told me they adjusted the shift light position which they also DID NOT DO. I highly doubt that they actually did the valve adjustment needed for the bike either so now I need to take the bike to a real shop and have it worked on. My bike was also supposed to come with a promotional helmet and jacket. I was told that they were ordered when I purchased the bike. 2 months later I get a call from a woman working there saying that they DIDN'T EVER SEND THE FORM FOR THE JACKET AND HELMET. I'm surprised these people can even figure out how to turn the lights in the building on. TLDR: Rude employees Sells damaged bikes as new Charges you for services they did not complete Basically incapable of doing anything other than charging your credit card. read more

Educate yourself before going in, do your own research, ask a question you know the answer too and watch them spin a story only a used car salesman could tell. Buy a bike if you want, just do your homework first! Parts/accessories desk: same as sales. Educate yourself before you go in. Know what you want before hand, do your own research. Be wary - it's about the sale to them not the fit. Service: his intention is always to do the best he can for you. But, alas his hands are tied by this family owned and operated store. Owner=dad, business accounting=wife, finance=daughter, parts/accessories=son, one of the mechanics - husband to daughter. Bottom line, I only go in to browse at new bikes, maybe look at a helmet and then buy elsewhere. I just don't trust them anymore, sorry. Unacceptable customer service in the service department. They had my boyfriends bike for 4 months to repair tire and rim from an accident. Long story short, my tire is still not repaired because they had to order the tire which came in, then the tire went missing as Pete said. His insurance paid them the money to fix it 4 months ago and I still have no bike. No one has an explanation where my new tire has gone and I keep getting the run around. read more

First time here I brought my bike rims in to get new tires out on. I called ahead and scheduled a time to come in to avoid waiting. When I got there the service guy Pete made me wait 45 minutes while he was on a personal call through my scheduled appointment. The second time I scheduled through suzuki to have a free recall done and Pete never scheduled it. Went to crossroads to schedule in person and Pete told me I have to wait two months to schedule. I stopped by and immediately was treated like a valued customer. Derek was the reason I purchased. Not cost (all pretty equal) and the product was exact. This review is about their service department. I live about 8 miles south of there and after being disappointed by a local cycle repair shop, I decided to give Powersports a try. My bike only needs tires so not a big job. First I tried using their online appointment form. I submitted it but never heard back from them. I then CALLED for an appointment. First I was put on hold for a long while, then I was asked to leave my number since the service guy was with someone and they would get back to me. Again, never heard from them. If you can't even get decent customer service for an appointment then how can you expect quality service from their repair dept. Lost my business. read more

This comment is about the sales staff at Crossroad Powersports. I am a first-time rider, and I have been in the market for a used motorcycle. In my search for a bike, I visited all the motorcycle dealers located within a 50 miles radius of Philadelphia, including Crossroad Powersports. My experiences at other places ranged from horrible (a salesman yelling in my face) to neutral (salesmen focused on themselves and their "pitches" rather than on listening to me) to above-average (salesmen who were patient and reasonably attentive in their interactions with me). But there was only one standout and exceptional performance--and that was by Matt Talley at Crossroad Powersports. When I came into the store, Matt approached, asking if he could be of assistance. I told him I was a new rider on the hunt for a used bike. Matt showed me where the store's used inventory is located on the floor, pointed out a few options fitting my expressed needs, and then allowed me to spend time with the bikes. I then approached Matt and asked a series of questions about trying to match a bike to my riding goals and personal needs. Matt's performance at that point was pure superstar. He asked me great questions, listened very carefully to my responses, asked proper follow-up questions, and then gave me advice about motorcycle selection and riding generally. I felt as if I were getting thoughtful and considered advice that was specifically tailored to me--and not just empty sales rhetoric. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give Matt a 10+. I have had to update my review and take out a star because of the lack of adequate conditioning in my bike after the service I recently had here. I didn't get a chance to drive my bike around after my service until recently, when I suddenly realized that my brakes were not very tight as I have been used to. So I've had to spend a bit of time re-servicing the brakes myself. It's probably an oversight or maybe it happened during the travel back. Otherwise everything seems to be fine. read more

I went in here twice to purchased an atv helmet. It is posted all over not to try on the helmets without help and to ask for assistance. The first time I went in no one helped me. They had 2 people behind the counter that were helping someone. I waited 20 minutes and no one helped me so I left. Today I went in a second time hoping for a better experience. Again, signs everywhere saying not to try on the helmets without assistance. I waited 10 minutes on the floor and no one approached me to help. I then got in line. I had one person in front of me, which is who was being helped. They had 4 customer service reps attempting to find a part for this person. The female behind the counter finished what she was doing, stared at me and then went to the floor to ask people if they needed help. When those people said no she went behind the counter and ignored me again. Another customer service rep who was helping someone else with a large purchase came to the counter and spoke with this female. He told her that he knew she was busy but when she was done with me (as he turned around and pointed to me) to then help his customer. He again told her to handle me before helping his customer. This rep then walked away. The female ignored me again and just helped his customer. So I left. Their customer service is terrible. All I wanted to do was try on helmets, which per their policy, you can't do without assistance. I have no problem with their policy, I'm sure they have it in place for a reason. But they then have to assist people with the helmets. read more

I've heard lots of great things about Crossroads.. I was referred to them by other riders I ride with.. So I finaly took my bike to them for maintenance. Pete in the service dept was very helpful and nice to me. He had my bike ready for pickup in a timely fashion. I had to bring my bike back for another issue and again, they accommodated me with no problem and my bike was done again in a timely fashion. Derek, in parts and accessories was also a great help. Whenever I had to buy parts or had questions about anything pertaining to my bike, Derek explained everything to me especially the warranties or certain items.
