I have been going here since they opened and it usually takes about 45 min to an hour to go through my stuff, I'm from 40 min away so I usually bring in a lot. for some reason I feel like they just didn't want to take the time today. I have bought a few items over the last four years we have lived nearby, and Rita, the owner, is always happy to keep you in mind if she comes across something you are looking for. Prices are pretty good, and the shop is merchandised well. They've recently started carrying Annie Sloan chalk paint and wax, which I've read about online, but haven't seen elsewhere in West Michigan yet. Rita is very welcoming and friendly,and often greets shoppers with an offer of a warm beverage.

All the booths are nicely curated and organized, and I didn't feel claustrophobic or overwhelmed while browsing. I didn't end up buying anything on this visit, but I will definitely be back and Crow's Hold will be a go-to stop anytime I need a gift for myself or others. The only complaint I have is that it was a warm day and it didn't seem like they had a/c so it was a bit warm inside. They did have several fans running which helped a bit.
