We just had our 33 year old water heater start to leak (yes, 33 years old!) in our attic. It came…read moreoriginal with the house. It was a 40 gallon gas water heater, that was in a very tight space. James determined he was not going to be able to get another 40 gallon water heater into our attic, and a 30 gallon special short tank that would fit, would take 6 weeks to get delivered. So with his suggestion, we decided to go with a tankless water heater which could be installed later in the week. I definitely did not want to "play chicken" with a leaking water heater in the attic for 6 weeks! James was very responsive and communicative through the whole process. We discussed options and costs through text messages. He also came out to assess our situation the same day we called him!! He's quick, professional, and cool as a cucumber. I included a photo to show off how well the installation was done, it looks great. The water pressure and heating ability of our new tankless is indistinguishable from the water 40 gallon heater tank we had, and it should save some money long term as well! Out of three companies that came for quotes Castillo was the only company that returned with a quote...and a very reasonable quote. Part of the work was to repair a rotted section of siding. Castillo was honest and straightforward about making us aware that until they pulled all the boards back and started the repair that they couldn't confirm the amount of rot and damage, so the quote could change. Once we signed the contract for the work they promptly got the work underway. The workers were extremely courteous. They took great care to cover and protect the furnishings. They cleaned up after each day. The final work on all the siding, sheetrock repair and door replacement was fantastic. Alfonso runs a top notch business and top notch crew. I would highly recommend them and we will use them again.

I searched French Drains and came across Sylve Services. Mr. Sylve arrived at my home assessed the situation and advised me he would call me back with a quote. I received a call back from Mr. Sylve the next day. He advised me if I gave him the opportunity to do the job he would make sure that I was satisfied. I gave me a price that was very reasonable. My schedule is very busy so the face that he provided me with a quote that included all materials was fantastic!!! He made my life easier and took on the task of satisfying the customer from the start. He had everything delivered and I didn't have to go into a store or garden center not once. He communicated with me and sent me a picture of every plant before he made the purchase of any plants that he used. I hired him to do the work, and all I can say is that he takes so much pride in his work. He went over his budget just to make sure the job was done to his satisfaction. Not once did he try to increase the quote or make me feel like I owed him anything extra. I left the total design up to him, and he did not disappoint. I didn't think I would like the brick border he suggested . He suggested this once he noticed I had left over bricks in my yard. He advised me that was a way that I could save by using the left over bricks. I came home from work and he had completed the landscaping edging with the bricks. All I can say is that I absolutely loved it!!!! Mr. Sylve came everyday with his lunch, water and everything that he needed for the day. He arrived early and left everyday once it got dark. Mr. Sylve seen that we needed fill around our patio so the dirt he had to Shovel out for the landscaping he placed it in the low spots around our patio. The French drain was done to our satisfaction even though I know it was more work than he originally thought it would be. He still gave he his all until the job was completed and to my satisfaction. We have several more landscaping outdoor projects that we need done. Mr. Sylve most definitely will be the only landscaper for us.
