It was a 40 gallon gas water heater, that was in a very tight space. James determined he was not going to be able to get another 40 gallon water heater into our attic, and a 30 gallon special short tank that would fit, would take 6 weeks to get delivered. So with his suggestion, we decided to go with a tankless water heater which could be installed later in the week. I definitely did not want to "play chicken" with a leaking water heater in the attic for 6 weeks! James was very responsive and communicative through the whole process. We discussed options and costs through text messages. He also came out to assess our situation the same day we called him!! He's quick, professional, and cool as a cucumber.
