While they were there I asked them to change the toilet seat where the soft close has failed. Replaced it with a $40 Bunnings plastic seat and charged $120. Why would they not replace like for like? (i was not home at the time) I would have been happy to pay $200 for the toilet seat if it was of the same quality as the one being replaced. That said; $745 less the $120 toilet seat, leaves $625 to (not) fix the dual flush on the toilet. Please! Nobody go there.
