Mullins to re-do the entire driveway and sidewalks. We didn't know what seal coat they would be using and whether it would be compatible with what's already on the driveway. We talked to Ryan the owner and he was very professional on the phone, and was able to listen and help us understand what they are putting on. They arrived on time on the appointment day, and though it was quite hot outside, their two staff are very patient and detail-oriented. They were very careful on all the edges of the driveway and sidewalk, minimizing getting the seal coat on grass or walkway. The seal coat they used was very thick and really did a good job covering. Much, much better than the last time we had the driveway done (by other people). They taped up the whole area nicely and after a day or two, the driveway is in good shape. I have been very fortunate to have worked with Rich since 2003 and so happy to hear his voice every time I call with a service question or to schedule a service call. More recently I have had the extreme pleasure of having Mason be the lead on installing a stainless steel chimney liner for me and conduct a fire test for work recently completed. Even though there was a challenge with the size of the liner, due to my chimney being narrower in the middle, Mason was able to easily troubleshoot, find the correct size and have the installation completed shortly after the initial visit. Mason returned today to conduct a fire test to ensure everything was in working order and supplied the necessary paperwork for my property management company at our condo association to prove that my fireplace is in working order and safe to use. Mason's professionalism, leadership, critical thinking skills, positive/can-do attitude and easygoing manner were most impressive. I want to also commend the trainees that I met on both visits, Ron, Julio and Leo. All were models of customer service and professionalism and very happy to be with Best Chimney.
