My pool went from a damaged pool to a nightmare after they were done. If you are desperate to fix your pool and you are having a hard time find it the right people, I advise you to keep looking so you don't end up with the nightmare that I end up with. I reached out to the owner hoping to resolve the situation, but instead of listening to my concerns, he told me to refill the entire pool "to see if it drains again." I explained that I didn't want to waste money refilling thousands of gallons of water just to watch it leak out, and his response was, "it doesn't cost that much. You live in Barrington, not East Providence," implying that I should just be able to afford the cost. It was condescending, rude, and completely unprofessional. I also explained, as a business owner in the trades myself, that I understand callbacks can be frustrating, but we just needed help resolving the problem. Instead of working with us, he told me he would charge a service fee--despite the fact that the issue only began after they closed the pool. The other company we've used through the years - repeatedly could not find the leakage which was becoming quite costly.
