Not too sweet; nothing artificial. I was very happy and it lasted me two days in the refrigerator. Did a different Acai Bowl. Acai Dream Bowl. Same ingredients as the Acai Primo but it is half Acai and half frozen yogurt. I couldn't finish everything in one sitting so I froze it. Updated review 10/11/25: My husband and I came in to get two Pumpkin Pie Crunches and decided to try a Pumpkin Smash Bowl. I told the cashier that we've heard great things about the bowl. She told us that to her it had too much pumpkin for her liking. We like pumpkin, so we decided to try it anyway. When our order was ready, there were two Pumpkin Pie Crunches and one Pumpkin Smash Smoothie. When we asked about the bowl, the cashier immediately blamed us and said we miscommunicated our order. I will be the first to admit and apologize when there's miscommunication, but I really felt like we communicated this thoroughly. We mentioned the bowl several times, but we could hear her telling her coworkers that we ordered the one thing....and then her coworker or supervisor mentioned "customer satisfaction." They made it right and we didn't get charged extra for the bowl, but I have a bad taste in my mouth with the way the cashier handled the situation and didn't take any accountability. 10/10/25: I highly recommend the Pumpkin Pie Crunch! I'm not even huge on pumpkin pie, but I LOVE this drink. It's like a delicious pumpkin pie times ten! The coconut mimics whip cream and the granola mimics the crust. If I could have one every day I would! This location was so nice and clean. The tables, chairs, and floor had all been wiped clean. Other locations aren't as clean as this one. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The store was absolutely spotless clean! And they are doing a good job on the Covid safety measures...lots of distancing etc. Plenty of parking in a huge lot with other stores all around, good location. We ordered some peanut butter moo'd (my fave!) and aloha pineapple. The young lady preparing my smoothie did not stop until she felt the consistency was perfect! I love Jamba Juice, in fact it got me through my pregnancy with Mini-Me. Of course my Jamba was in Irvine Cali (walking distance from my work -so I was there twice a day) and the one close to my house, OC Cali. But I remember this Jamba location visit like it was yesterday, because it was the very-last Jamba Juice I had. Why you ask, because I was moving cross country and the the nearest JJ to me now is in NY City or waayyyy North in upper NJ, so, ya, there's that. Depressing for sure...anyway-whoooo's it's.. SO, while at this particular location waiting for a tow truck, Mini-Me and I saw the beautiful sign and promptly left the rest of our crew and went over to Jamba Juice- greeted with the smiling faces I promptly ordered my LARGE Mango a go go with pineapple juice instead of the OJ- (actually I ordered 2- 1 for the road) and Mini-Me ordered her 2 Strawberries Wild as well and 1 for her big brother. Great customer service the place was clean and the staff was super friendly. I have to give two thumbs up as well, since the gal making my drink had not made it before with Pineapple Juice Sub- I just said it makes it taste better- the OJ kills the tropical taste of the fruit blend. My daughter and I both felt colds coming on so we stopped in Jamba Juice for a couple of Orange C-Boosters for breakfast. They have orange juice, peaches, bananas and a C, zinc and antioxidant boost. (I substituted strawberries for bananas in mine ). Delicious and I feel better already!! read more

So we go to Jamba Juice wanting to use this $3 off coupon. $3 isn't a huge deal but I show it to the girl before ordering and she said no problem. We order and she puts a 10% discount which is $1.49 so I said no it's $3 off. She asks to see the email and tries to tell me to do it online I said no it clearly says in your fine print "to let a jamba employee you want to redeem"! So a guy walks over not sure if he's the manager but he had the most sour attitude; more like idgaf. Tries to say it's only on the app and they can't put $3 off. Well maybe if they knew 20% off would have been perfectly fine then we wouldn't have cancelled our order and walked away with a sour taste in our mouth! I understand the job at Jamba juice is hard..... but a little effort and a smile goes a long way. I don't usually write reviews but my recent experience was too frustrating. On Nov 28th I placed an order through the mobile app for pickup at 6:30 pm (their store hours that day was 9am-7pm). I got to the store at 6:40 and and the store was already locked with the lights turned partly off. I knocked pretty loud and no one came to the front. I checked my order and said that it was being processed. At about 6:45 my order status changed to complete. I went to sit in my car and called the store. My mother and I just ordered curbside pickup. The parking spots say to call a certain number when you get there, I had received a text saying my order was ready so I call the number. The man that answered the phone was very short and disrespectful, he even hung up on me and was annoyed he had to bring our order to the curb, in curbside pickup. After waiting for 5 more minutes my mom finally decided to just go in. Our order was sitting there, melting waiting for honey to be added, that was it. She overheard the workers complaining about having to take our orders out to our car. Absolutely AMAZING! It's so difficult to find friendly, efficient service any more, but this Jamba Juice location exemplifies both qualities! I tried using the order ahead app, was unable to customize my order, and could not opt to pay cash upon arrival. This was the second time I have attempted to use the app, and gave up for whatever reason, so I deleted the app and called my order into the nearest store. I was sitting in the Carl's Jr. drive thru line, for what seemed to be an eternity, when I called in my order. I was in a hurry to get to my daughters concert, and the weather was frightful outside. I really didn't have the time to stop and get a smoothie, but my craving beat out sensibility. Luckily for me, the two gals running this particular location were great! The gal on the phone quickly took my order, and when I arrived, both smoothies were ready to go. I paid and got right back into the car. Both gals were friendly, polite, greeted me with a smile and enthusiasm and treated me to exemplary customer service and two absolutely perfect smoothies! I recently starting using an (almost) daily "Jamba" as a meal replacement for a new diet plan. The crew at the Layton Jamba Juice location is awesome! I try to use the Jamba App as often as I can. When I do I almost always get greeted with a "Hi Jason!!" and my drink ready & waiting... it's SOOOO convenient! They even remember to double blend my Acai Superfruit Jamba for me!
