I put in an online pickup order in the morning for two hours later. Went to pick it up and they didn't have any of the cookie of the month that we had ordered. She said she didn't see our order and totally skipped it. It's incredibly frustrating that I paid the extra amount for the cookies of the month and then didn't even get them. Every time I go to this location it takes forever to get my order. I've waited over 15 minutes for three drinks. This location is the slowest one around. After my last experience of consistently waiting for my order I have decided it would save time to drive to the Syracuse or South Ogden location, both of which are much farther away. read more

I don't mean to be, but I think I might be a bit of a cookie snob. Twisted Sugar has yet to disappoint though. I've tried a lot of different cookie places and this one is by far my favorite. Out of all the cookies I've tried, the Oatmeal Cookie Butter (aka, the Biscoff cookie) makes my taste buds happy...and I don't even like oatmeal cookies. Also, try their cinnamon rolls. They are PERFECT! I had a regular and a caramel one. I would have tried the raspberry one as well, but they were sold out (which means they are probably amazing). Twisted Sugar has an extensive menu of frosted cookies, the majority of which seem to have a sugar cookie base. The cookies are thick and soft, with just enough sweetness that allows for the frosting and toppings to shine. We got the oreo sugar, caramel sugar, twisted sugar, and samoa sugar cookies. We also tried the flamingo soda and a creamsicle smoothie. What we loved was the cookie base. Twisted sugar makes an incredible sugar cookie. Their namesake cookie comes with coconut frosting and a lime wedge that's meant to be squirted on the cookie. How unique is this? AND, it's actually very good! While I wish that they had a few more base options, as the cookies that we tried got a little monotonous, the product is 5 stars. To be fair, I did see that they have oatmeal and peanut butter cookies too, but no chocolate cookie, just a brownie. The staff was excellent too. They have a host of soda combinations and specialty drinks and I wanted to try something that was going to be good. They were honest when I asked about smoothie flavors, stating which ones they had or hadn't tried and they led me to the creamsicle over the pineapple dole whip, frozen hot chocolate, and the October Special, which was creamsicle with chocolate sauce, sprinkles, and whipped cream. Always a nice treat. Cookies are hefty and buttery to the max. They are a lot more "done" than Crumbl cookies if you've ever had them, so if you don't like the raw cookie dough taste\texture this is definately for you! None of the cookies have been a miss for me so far. All delicious. Cookie of the month is always fun to look forward to, although I usually just stick with the regular menu. read more

Twisted Sugar is a home away from home. I always feel so comforted when I walk through the doors. The fun, whimsical decor along with the friendly employees make it so that I could stay forever. The drinks are always ice cold and delicious, meanwhile the cookies are always soft and fresh. My personal favorites are "Da Bom" with regular sprite, and of course, the Twisted Sugar cookie. The lime slice adds that little something that is completely new and original which I REALLY appreciate since there are soda shops that seem to pop up everywhere nowadays. I worked here for a couple months at the mill creek location. It was hell. the workers are extremely underpaid, understaffed, and when I was working at that location they're was no manager and the boss was rarely ever communicating or there to supervise, so there was 15 and 16 years old running the entire place. extremely unprofessional. they also don't train their team well and expect them to run the place. Please support a place where they don't mistreat their workers. read more

I stopped by for some post workout birthday sweets. This place did not disappoint. Super small building with a crowded drive thru, but the service was still great. I ordered two cookies: one with hazelnut and raspberry drizzle. The other with coconut frosting, raspberry drizzle and fresh lime. Both were tasty. The dough/cookie is dense, chewy, and moist. It's not as light and airy as most sugar cookies, but that's not a bad thing. I'd recommend it for a quick treat! Cookies are about $1.50-2.50 depending on what you order. Not as cheap as the grocery store, but not overpriced either. They also have lots of soda concoctions, but I only tried the cookies. read more

They are pretty fast even if they seem really busy, the prices are also pretty cheap. I think the only think that would make it quicker through the drive through would be to fix the box so we don't have to order at the window but regardless it's pretty fast for what it is. Good cookies read more

So we ordered a Frosted Sugar and a Peanut Butter ($1.50 each before tax). I've never had a sugar cookie look and taste so perfect. The second time we had to have another frosted sugar, peanut butter and then two Twisted Sugars ($1.75 each before tax). Ya'll I'm going to gain so much weight because we discovered this gem! If you are looking for "real" gourmet cookies, this isn't the place. I ordered the chocolate chip cookie and Oreo cookie, along with a couple other ones. I took a bite of the chocolate chip cookie and I only tasted flour. Once I got past that taste, my teeth was crushing on graduated sugar. The cookie wasn't mixed enough and too thick to be cooked properly. The Oreo Cookie had cheap Hershey chocolate syrup pour over it. I'll stay with Crumbl Cookie. read more
