Fiiz is just ok in my opinion. I prefer Sodalicious. The cookies here are good, but nothing super special. The drinks are hit and miss. I've had some that I like and others that are too sugary and fake. They do have pebble ice, which is a big win! I ordered a "lime in the coconut" today with extra lime, and instead of getting 2 lime wedges like I paid for, I got 1 TINY lime wedge (see picture). The prices here are pretty deceiving too. I think they end up charging you depending on your add-ins, but they have big bold prices on the menu that makes it look way cheaper than it is. I'm assuming it's $1.25 just for a plain 16oz. soda, but it doesn't make that super clear because right under those prices are tons of mix options. If you add anything you'll pay more like $2-3 for a 16oz. My experience today was probably more like 2 stars, but other times have been better. All in all I'd say Fiiz is just ok. It'll satisfy your craving for some sugar but I'm definitely not hooked on it like a lot of people are. The line is always super long, so they must be doing something right. read more

I love this location because they have far more options than any other Fiiz! I am not sure why this is, but I am more than willing to drive out of my way to visit this one! I love the hot chocolates, especially in the colder months. There are so many different hot chocolates alone, yet alone at all! I love how customizable the drinks are. They also carry the mini crust pies which I was so excited to try. The drive-thru can get pretty busy, but this is one of the fastest locations I've been to thus far. The employees are pretty much the same at all locations, not too friendly which makes me sad, they also threw away my punch cards which needed just one punch to be full, so I'm really disappointed they didn't honor it. Went to your Kaysville location last night right before your closing your. Ordered two sugar cookies. They were the worst cookies ever. Went back tonight to get a drink. Decided to tell them about the terrible cookies. "They are always like that" is the response I received. "They are always that terrible?" was my response, and "I've never liked their cookies". Wow. I tried Fiiz with my son on a Spring Break excursion. I had heard good things about their sugar cookies so I made it a point to try one. My soda was flat and the syrup tasted off. My son's drink looked appealing with a gummy shark swimming around, but tasted gross. He didn't even finish it. He did however, fish that slimy gummy shark out with his dirty paw and dissect it on the table. The sugar cookie was drab. It was refrigerated for some reason, which didn't help. Maybe it is because it shares a building with Betos, but this location feels a bit run down and not very clean. The service is fine and the drinks are what you'd expect, but there is something about the location that keeps me from giving this place a 4 or 5 star. One thing I did like is I went here with some family who are in diets and they were able to order the soda water with a fruit purée. You can't find that at many places. read more

Had to update my review on this location. Nothing against Fiiz in general because we still love you guys. But this location needs some serious help with order accuracy. Our orders are ALWAYS wrong. No cream, missing limes, my drink made with water instead of Sprite,etc. At first I thought it was just the kids getting the hang of things, but we've been trying this location for over a year and it hasn't changed. I emailed them.. a few times and after a month I changed my review to one star and mentioned that they will pretend to care but won't ever get back to their unsatisfied customers. First impressions of this place were not good. I thought that Fiiz had replaced the Beto's that was in this building. But nope, they're both housed under the same roof. The two spaces are separated by a plywood wall. I kid you not. The way Fiiz is decorated is almost laughable. The Formica table tops are chipped & dilapidated. Probably original to the building- from back when it was Jake's Over-the-Top. There's a separate seating area made up of contemporary red leather couches. And let's not forget that plywood wall, that's been spray-painted with a biker-ish scene. It lacks cohesion, to say the least. At the order counter there's a small glass case that houses pastries. On the day I was there, there were six cookies & two cupcakes in the case. I tried to order one. But I was told that they were out of cookies. When I pointed out that there were goodies right in front of the cashier... She told me that the ones left were two weeks old & that I didn't want them. Gross. Behind the counter things didn't look too clean. It was a definite turn off to me. But it didn't seem to phase the masses of teenagers that were there at the same time I was, though. In the end, the Pineapple Upsidedown cake drink I ordered (it's a Dr. Pepper based beverage); was actually delightful. There wasn't an overpowering taste, at all. And the kids drinks actually look pretty cool. If I do go back, I'm going to drive-thru. Fiiz is a soda shop with a fancy bakery twist. I went specifically to try out the sugar cookies, because my favorite sugar cookies (from another soda shop) are 15 minutes away and fiiz opened less than 5 minutes from home. I was disappointed with the cookie and posted a picture of the cookie on Instagram, tagging both fiiz and the other establishment. To my surprise, within 12 hours I was contacted by fiiz, wanting my genuine input about my customer experience. They offered several options, as I'm not a soda drinker and wasn't impressed with the sugar cookies. Apparently they have an impeccable baker on staff who is dedicated to the quality of both the taste and aesthetic of her product. I have been back a few times and have been very pleasantly surprised. Each flavor of cupcake I've tried has been incredible and their macarons are some of the best I've ever had. My husband and kids love their soda concoctions. We will be regulars. Further, I'm impressed that fiiz so closely monitors their social media and responds with genuine requests for feedback. They are excited about their product and their brand and are diligently working to get their name out. read more

My wife and I LOVE Fiiz. We used to go to the Bountiful shop and couldn't have been happier when the Kaysville location opened. I'm actually not a soda-drinker at all- other than Fiiz I never drink it. But I love some of the things I've had there and we keep going back, partly because there is no better treat you can get for such a low price (the biggest drinks - 44 oz. - are only $2.50). I will say that not every single combination there is perfect. Some are better than others. But that's the fun of it. There are so many options that there's guaranteed to be something for everyone. Service has always been prompt and good, and they guarantee that you'll like your drink or else they'll replace it for free, so you really can't go wrong. Here are a few recommendations for the first-timer (it's possible I'm slightly off on the flavors included, but I think I'm pretty close): Razzbear. This one has been my most frequent repeat order. It's a Coke with rasberry puree, vanilla, and cream, and it's amazing. Even if it sounds weird. Cocolada. Coke, pineapple, and coconut (maybe some thing else I can't remember). Delicious. Peaches for Shez. This is the most recent one I've had, and it's my new favorite. I don't remember all that's in it, but it's essentially a peach-flavored Dr. Pepper, and I was surprised at how much I loved it. Xanadew. This is Mountain Dew with various tropical fruit flavors. My wife loves it. Tarzan. Don't remember what's in this one but it's tropical and is another favorite of my wife's. And there's about a million others. I recommend talking to the staff- they've always been helpful and have given us some great recommendations. The main complaint people seem to have is the soda can sometimes be somewhat flat. I don't love high carbonation, so that's not a problem for me, but it could be for some people. Hopefully they'll update their soda fountains soon. Either way, we love Fiiz. The sodas are pretty good (your typical custom mixed sodas), but the sugar cookies are gross. We tried the Snickerdoodle, Red Velvet, and Sugar Cookie. Yuck. We ended up throwing the cookies away after a couple bites and wondered if they had been frozen and thawed because they were not fresh. The frosting might have been fresh, but it didn't taste good. Almost everytime I go to this location my drinks are wrong, and when I try to correct my drink (I shouldn't even have to) the workers are flippant. It seems like every employee that works there doesn't know what they're doing and act like it's their first day. Maybe it is because employees quit too often under bad management. I really like the Dirty Diet Coke! My kids love the Chandler Bing (Mountain Dew with pineapple, strawberry and coconut. It's on their secret menu!) This place has a really fun atmosphere and is usually hopping but I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a drink even when they were busy. They may have some kinks to work out as a new business but they are well on their way!! We are just happy we don't have to drive to Bountiful for our Fiiz anymore!! read more

My son and I went to Kaysville Fiiz today because he was buying, which is a very rare occasion. Usually, I buy and get punches on my card. He gave his card, with three stamps already, to be punched for our drinks today. We were told they couldn't accept stamped cards anymore and they could only give us a card with two punches for today's purchase. She proceeded to rip up the card, so now we don't even have proof of the other stamps. I asked her to just transfer the stamps to punches on the other card, but she wouldn't. WTH!?!? What do they think we are trying to do??? It's not like we had a card full and were going to get a free soda and drink with it...it's only three punches. I am there all the time and spend tons there. Its time for me to frequent Soda Crazy and Sips who won't do a chicken s*&% thing like this! Wish I could give no stars. I'm so mad!!! read more

I've been here multiple times in the last couple weeks and service is always quick and friendly. Prices are a bit steep for a soda but if you find one you really like they are worth it! I love the sodas but I believe the problem continues with the lack of service and speed. I find this to be a very common complaint with everyone. I have found it doesn't matter if you use drive through or go inside you end up waiting for an unusual long time for just a soda. With the amount of complaints of the lines being too long you think they would have fixed this by now. I blame the inability of management not being able to figure out a system of providing quick and quality service. I'm not a big soda guy, but I don't pass up a chance to stop at Fiiz with my family. It's a fun place with lots of menu options to explore. I found the Italian Sodas to be yummy. I've also tried their freezes, which are quite good. I really wish they had some soft vanilla ice cream to mix in with their concoctions. I'd give their sugar cookies higher marks if they weren't frozen solid (I'm told that's a thing, but I prefer them soft). I typically go to Fiiz Kaysville 2-3x a day when I'm in town visiting family. Each visit, the quality has dropped significantly. This visit, my drinks were bad almost every time, so bad I just threw a couple away. The first time, I just took it back and had them make it again, but the drink back and had them make it again, but it still didn't taste right. Wrong syrups, wrong soda, syrup ratio too much or too little. Yesterday, I ordered a Diet Mt Dew with sugar free coconut and I'm pretty sure I got a regular Mt Dew, no flavor at all. I earned a free cookie a couple of days ago (chocolate chip) and it was the grossest thing ever, I took one bite and threw it out; not worth the calories!
