Hard to not love, or at least enjoy, Jamba Juice! The place thrives on making health conscious (not necessarily healthy) drinks that combine all sorts of fruits, veggies and grass....into delightful smoothies! The little dudes had never been here before so the prospect of grass with berries was a bit lost on them (and me for that matter). The idea that you can sell the blended contents of your lawnmower is brilliant! They should market that! Staff is friendly, the choices plentiful and the drive thru convenient but slow. It's around the whole building so once you've committed, you're in! A great addition to the area and to Rainer square, which has quickly become a great one stop shop for many things food and fun! I like this place. It has a great selection of drinks and a few food items. If you are hoping to sit and visit with friends. Forget it. Very limited seating inside only two tables that hold a total of 7 people. No outdoor seating. They also have a folding menu to go but not in English fortunately I can read Spanish better than speaking it. I also didn't notice anty prices on the menu above the register. I was extremely dissapointed. I'm assuming the fruit wasn't ripe because it wasn't sweet and lacked the flavor of the fruit

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience. First my friend was overcharged and it took them about 15 minutes to figure out what to do when they should have just refunded it and moved on. Second I was on a no meat lent and they served me sausage breakfast wrap when I ordered spinach. I realized about 3 bites in and 2 miles away. I love Jamba, glad to see it in the valley!!! Yes they aren't as healthy as other places, but they beat others out on taste hands down!!! One review states they don't have pricing up? Not sure when that was but its up now and very clear on cost. They always seem well staffed and the people there are really friendly!!! I was very excited when a Jamba was coming into our area! They have been having so much new staff every time I'm there. I was a regular customer going about 3 to 4 times a week and spending about 20 dollars every visit. About about a month ago I ordered 4 jamba drinks and 3 out of the 4 were done incorrectly. They tasted so bland. I waited until the next day to talk to a jamba employee about the situation. She stated both of the people making my drinks were new hires and she apologized for the inconvenience and she also stated other people complained that day about their drinks some incorrectly. She asked me what I would like and I just told her I wanted my drink to be redone --- nothing else! She offered me 4 jamba drink coupons for the inconvenience and I told her I didn't want them and all I wanted was my drinks done correctly. She said "please take them for the inconvenience" and i only took 2- not the 4 i was offered. Fast forward to today- 6/27/19- I ordered 3 drinks- a total of $20 some dollars. Well again my drink was down incorrectly. I went inside and let them know and a gal named Lori approached me in a hostile manner and said " my manager says your on our list and he said u have came back too many times to return drinks and if u came back and returned a drink that we can no longer serve u". I was in total shock!!!! First, her rude approach-- no customer service. Second, I have only returned one time before and not even asked for anything -- just my drink done correctly. She then said her manager said that I just wanted free drinks. That was sooo offensive. I make 250k a year --- I don't anything free! Then she asked what else do u want us to do the drink and I told her I just want it done correctly!! She looked at my like I was stupid. Then she said "do u want me to call my manager?" And I told her "yes, please." She then went to the back room for a few minutes and then she called another girl back there. Then after a few minutes she returned and came with a totally different attitude and mindset. She said "my manager said just to throw it in the blender and give it back to her." And I told her that it was not going to fix the issue. Then she told me "I'm so sorry for how u have been treated here-- I don't know why my manager is acting this way" then she said " u just want your drink done correctly?" Then I told her "yes" then she asked the boy in the drive thru what I asked on the drink and he told her. Then she started to make it then she returns me the drinks and takes another look at the receipt and says " the boy in the drive thru told me what u wanted on the drink and I made it but he forgot to add the "matcha" in there-- that's why your drink is off." Then she says "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience again- can I give your some free coupons?" I told her" no, I don't want your coupons because I'm not a free loader or trying to get any freebies from no one." Then she said " okay" .so the drive thru took my order wrong so the drink was done incorrectly. She even asked him what i asked for and he told her but forgot to put in the system. I walked out of there in so shock and disbelief of what HAPPENED. It sickened me how this could happen to me and in Yakima. Apparently, then manager is the owner which is more shocking! His name is Joe Anderson. I've never experienced this before. I worked in customer service and hospitality. We own our own business so I know about how to treat people. I will make sure the Yakima Chamber, better business bureau, and affiliates of Yakima know about this matter! I would spend roughly $60 a week at this Jamba and send friends and family to this business but not no more! read more
