I hired him to help catch raccoons out of my attic and I paid him $500 up front. Long story short, they removed the traps 2 weeks ago and raccoons are back in my attic. After many attempts at texting and getting ahold of the owner, he finally called me back when I told him I would have to file a complaint. When Mike called me he decided to yell and laugh. Wow. Please Do NOT use this company. There are many other services out there that will treat you like a valued customer and help when you need it most.
