He checked everything in the attic and then explained that it wasn't mice at all but squirrels or other wildlife around the eaves, fascia, and soffits. He was thorough and honest, unlike inspectors from other companies who tried to push the mice issue. The manager at Blackdog was also very kind and gave me a full refund since it turned out not to be a pest control problem--even though they had done a full inspection and set out poison and traps.
