Dr. T. is a rock star! Detailed, organized, quick, bright, concerned and very kind, his work is excellent. He cared for my elderly relative, which wasnt easy; the proceedure went very well. He describes and explains everything carefully and provides gauze, ice pack, great instructions for all meds and aids, as well as scrips in ample time before proceedures. I'm thankful we found him, and highly recommend him. It couldnt be better in any respect. read more

Where do I start. The front staff are liars just like Dr. Tauberg. They claim to not accept my dental insurance, but they would allow me to use it, and just have whatever was covered paid to me. They instead put into the paperwork to pay themselves, cashed my check from my insurance they claimed to not accept, and allowed me to make multiple calls for MONTHS before they told me. I even called my insurance to see the issue and they assured me it was the dental office, and the paperwork they sent said to pay them. I'm now being told I won't get my money from the office until I get my tooth restored over 3 months from now, from a different dental provider. They said they do this "just in case" anything goes wrong with his work. I'll be able to come back and use the insurance money they claimed to not accept. Makes sense right ?? Greedy, lying, crooks who were now paid twice and won't release my funds to me. Never use an office like this. Imagine what else they do to make an extra buck. They will be reported to Fraud waste and abuse. read more

Dr. Tauberg is wonderful. I had 3 wisdom teeth extracted as well as another cracked molar. Since all of my wisdom teeth were not impacted I did the surgery only under local anesthetic. Before the appointment my medicines were all ready for me to pick up from the pharmacy and Dr. Tauberg came into the waiting room to discuss the procedure with me and my husband (we were the only two people in the room). He carefully explained what the surgery would be like and what he expected I would experience after the procedure. He answered all of my questions clearly and thoroughly. Afterwards I went in and had the procedure done. The first tooth was out so fast I hardly knew he had started. I was given ice packs and gauze for the next few days and then sent home in under an hour and a half. Overall the procedure was fast and relatively pain free (Novocaine) and recovery was fine. I was able to return to work on Monday, and the follow up appointment went quickly and I was able to do it during my lunch break. read more

A week ago, Dr. Tauberg extracted two of my wisdom teeth and one molar. The procedure took about forty-five minutes and was completely painless. Dr. Tauberg explained everything he was doing, step-by-step, and frequently asked me how I was feeling, offering to give me a break if I needed one at any time (I didn't). In addition to being an excellent dentist, Dr. Tauberg is just a great guy with a great sense of humor. I saw him yesterday for my one-week checkup, at which time he told me everything looked fine. I'll see him again in a few weeks for another checkup, and this fall he'll be putting an implant in where the molar was extracted. I would recommend Dr. Tauberg to anyone who is in need of oral surgery and wants a dentist who is both highly proficient and compassionate. He has two main goals in any procedure: his patient's comfort and an excellent outcome. In my case, he certainly achieved both! read more

If I could give this office zero stars I would, mostly due to Karen, the receptionist. I have never before received such poor customer service. I came in after an accident to get a cone beam X-ray ($300). When I asked them if they would charge my medical insurance (as I had been seen in the emergency room and told that all dental procedures should be charged to my medical insurer) Karen became very rude and curt with me. Then, after my X-ray I called to schedule an extraction. Karen would not schedule me before talking to the doctor, and after calling every morning for three days in a row to be scheduled, each time being told that she hadn't seen the doctor yet to speak to him about it, I finally decided to schedule with a different office since it was a time sensitive issue. I then called to have my ($300!) X-ray records sent over to the office, and they told me that the doctor would send it. Over a month later, I come to get my extraction, and the office tells me they never received any records for me! So now I've paid $300 for an X-ray that won't even be used in my medical care. When I called Karen to ask about this, she was very apathetic and didn't seem to care at all that the office never received my records, despite giving them over a month to send them. I will never go back to Dr. Tauberg and will urge my friends to do the same, not because of the doctor (who was fine) but because of Karen and the administrative staff at the office. read more
