I've had previously had my teeth cleaned at their office by a dental hygienist, but this was the first time I had services from Dr. Fredrickson, himself. All of the staff are very friendly, which is a plus, of course, but I was so impressed with the whole tooth filling process. I hardly was seated in the waiting room before they called me in to start my work. Everything was painless, well timed, and done with precision. Dr. Fredrickson, and the dental assistant worked seamlessly together, so my appointment took hardly any time at all. And I'm totally impressed that even with it being a brand new filling, I can run my tongue over any of my teeth and not be able to find the one that was filled. There are no rough edges or excessive filling material or anything but a slick, good feeling tooth - and it feels perfect when I bite down or chew. I would certainly recommend their office and Dr. Fredrickson, to anyone looking to find a good dental group/program.

Unprofessional and Disappointing…read more I visited Dr. Conaghan's office in September 2021 to get one tooth replaced, ended up getting a bridge. Now I can't seem to get another appointment scheduled. 1. Flipper Fiasco: After wearing a flipper for six months, I finally went in to get the tooth screwed into my gums. Unfortunately, Dr. Conaghan tightened it too much, resulting in a broken bone. So the only other option was I lose two more teeth to get a bridge. Unbelievable! But it was what it was... I refuse to walk around with no tooth. Dr. Conaghan made me a new flipper that day. I had to wait another three months before getting the bridge put in. Once I got the bridge put in I was extremely happy with it. The color matched perfect. Other than losing two other teeth that I didn't intend to lose, I was pleased. 2. Communication Breakdown: Despite calling numerous times in the past few years, I can't get through to make another appointment. The lack of responsiveness is infuriating. 3. Screening Calls: Dr. Conaghan's office screens calls, making it even harder to reach them. Instead of being professional or even an adult and say I can no longer take you as a patient, instead they won't answer your calls. The reason I'm saying that is, I've called from my phone numerous times and cannot get an answer but I call from a different phone and they answer immediately. 4. Not knowing why they won't take me as a patient again is beyond frustrating. Overall, my experience with Dr. Conaghan has been unprofessional and deeply disappointing. Great dentist, very nice and professional and so are the ones that do the teeth cleaning. Most of the front office nice except for the middle age woman with long blond hair that collects payment at the end. Very rude and shouldn't be customer facing. While previously I highly recommend this office, no more! They take on so many new patients, they can't handle the long time patients they do have. Due to my dental issues I need deep cleaning every 4 months. My last one was in August so due for the next one. The first appointment they have available is July 2026. A whole year after my last cleaning check up and I'm suppose to get it done every 4 months to what they call maintenance deep cleaning which costs more. I am guessing the appointments they do have is for new patients only. Oh - and if you have a dental emergency - they can't see you until next summer. They are turning into a dentist mill just like Aspen dental. Terrible and unfortunate! If they can't service their long time regular patients, then they need to close shop!and go out of business.
