We showed up and had to wait about 15 minutes for the guy working to figure out what paperwork we needed and nothing at all was organized. My husband had a massage with a girl that worked downstairs in the chiropractic office. His massage was on an actual chiropractic table. He got up and left the massage only 30 minutes into the hour because the girl was just slapping lotion on him with no technique what so ever. He asked her how long she had been a massage therapist and she said 1 week. He also left because the room was so cold that his arms were numb. My massage was with the male that worked there. I should have left half way through as well, but I felt bad at the time and was just hoping it would get better. I honestly felt like it was his first time ever doing a massage. It was so awful all around. We called the office manager after our massage to tell her our experience and she told me she had the same guy work on her before and it took her a week for her back to stop hurting and that she agreed he was horrible...are you kidding me?! Why does he work there and what kind of business are these people running. She said she will talk to the Owners on Monday so we shall she if they rectify this situation. I am still blown away by this. It makes me so frustrated that there isn't more pride taken in your business and services they provide. This was my husband and my first night away from our daughter who was born early and been sick all year. This was meant to be relaxing and give us a break. So much for that!

Recently, went to Kersa after having eye surgery and having to keep my eyes down for a week. My neck was stiff and didn't realize how many knots I had in my back. I asked for a 45 minute massage because I wasn't cleared to lay on my back yet, but after a few minutes into the massage I asked for longer because she did so phenomenal!
