I decided to go ahead and have a rhinoplasty (nose job) performed by Dr. Shaw. About 6 months after surgery, my nose started to appear misshapen and even developed a small dent on the side. One year passed and the end result was very disappointing. I had to consult another plastic surgeon in Overland Park to correct the surgery. Lesson learned, I should have done more research before jumping to any plastic surgeon. I should have known not to trust someone who showed much disinterest in performing the surgery to begin with. Two nose jobs and almost $14,000 later and I'm finally content with the appearance of my nose. Coming here was one of the biggest mistakes I've made.
