They told me that they could get somebody out that same day however little did I know that they're were gonna try to play the old bait and switch. Initially he tells me that its going to cost $375 to fix. I thought that was reasonable so I said okay. He proceeds to take apart the garage door spring and start working. He then goes out to his car comes back and then tries to tell me that the type of spring that I'm going to need is gonna cost $900-$1250 not including labor! I looked at him like he was f****** crazy! I told him there's no way I can afford that and that he needed to leave! Then, he sees the look on my face and tells me "let me talk to my manager" and then pretends to go to his car and make a phone call. He comes back a minute later and tells me it would be just $900 labor included. I told him I still can't afford it! He goes back AGAIN and "calls" his manager and this time they're willing to do it for $600. I told them all I have is five hundred at which time they agreed. The fact that I had to go through this kind of game pisses me off! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
