I found that to be impressive. Jennifer, the National Agent, was not pushy at all simply saying "I hope I win your trust". After three amazing hours on the phone, I decided to become a customer. Immediately, Kristin Touche, was there to welcome me by email. I had trouble completing my paperwork online because I am not up with technology so I was invited to complete my policy in the State Farm offices. I was greeted with smiles and I did more chatting than signing my policy. In fact, it was nice that Kristin Touche was excited to be insuring one of my vehicles which had been featured on film and tv. She said, I MUST SEE A PICTURE OF THIS CAR! It just so happened, also, that Kristin Touche and I have the same doctor making me feel like BFF's immediately. How often can one say that their insurance agent is their friend? That is what this experience has been for me. I am excited to be a new State Farm customer and pray to be for a long time.
