In one instance, after a hail storm in our area, I called our homeowner's policy to check on our coverage. Much later I found out that the operator wrote it up as a claim on our policy. But I never made any claim and had no repairs made. Thankfully, Templeton Insurance Agency was very helpful when I called them. I should have called them in the first Place!
