When scheduling the lady on the phone was extremely rude and had attitude. The day of my cleaning the dental assistant who ended up doing my cleaning was very aggressive with my teeth(flossing & polish). Then the dentist was working with more than one patient. Clearly cleanliness isn't valuable here. Got charged 130 just for the dentist to not do a proper evaluation. Worst service ever. First and last time at this clinic.

After I refused X-rays since I knew I wouldn't want to return I went to waiting area where the office staff ( 2 women one sitting down on a long phone call seemed to be frustrated explaining a billing issue and the other was also on phone so I waited over 20 mins ( about as long as my very short cleaning ) I was then told to pay for the dental cleaning which I know is 100% covered. I was not a new patient and had never not seen the actual dentist before and then treated to this demand for payment from the two office staff in a very unprofessional tone I was told that they do not work for my insurance and would not be submitting it to them ( why ask for insurance from customer and then demand the customer pay just because they both were having a bad day at their miserable office ) I had been told the reason I had to wait months to see anyone that they were short staffed and couldn't keep dental hygienists ( I wonder why ) still waiting to hear from the dentist that I went to see but never got to meet or see on this third visit that was routine and should not have been ruined by poor service and angry women who try to extort payments for services 100% covered by my two dental insurances! I'm a Physical Therapist - I'm all about preventative care, but some dentists go way over board because they can get more money from insurance companies. This office is fantastic! They offer exceptional care with high-tech equipment, but they are willing to make an individualized plan with each patient based on the patient's own history. If you only need a cleaning - then that's what you get! They don't force X-rays and 5min exams just to charge more money. In addition to all of that, while I was there I had my 11 month-old daughter with me. The receptionist happily took my daughter while I got my cleaning. When I was finished my daughter came back happily chewing a new toothbrush and had a cute sticker! This place is very family friendly and personalized with the care they provide!

Dr. Glass at Urnise dentistry ruined my teeth…read more Dr. Urnise and I had discussed replacing the veneers on my 2 front teeth because they were old and starting to crack. It was end of year and I had money left in my HSA so I made an appt. Dr.Urnise was booked out for over 2 months so they made my appointment with Dr. Glass. Without any discussion, instead of replacing my veneers with new veneers, he replaced them with crowns. I look like I have beaver teeth. The crowns are a horrible color. When discussing color, I told them to make the new veneers match the old ones, they did not.,They are too large and are pushing 2 of my teeth out of place. They ride in my bottom lip and I am constantly trying to move my lip out from under my teeth. They rub the inside of my lip making it raw at times and now one of the teeth that is being pushed out of place is also rubbing the inside of my mouth. I have tried to adjust to them and just make it work. It doesn't work. I finally made an appt with another dentist and we will see if I have any options other than implants. The Gastro Dept. is the worst place I have ever received care if that's what you want to call it…read more Little to no communication. Very unprofessional care. They can't return a phone call or answer a message. I have left messages the last couple days with no call back. I still feel the same as I have for the last 3 months. All I hear is take this. I have been told this one procedure to look further in is really invasive and really expensive. Apparently, I don't look like I can afford medical care. I am clueless as to why I can't one of the medical doctors. If I could the appointment would probably be months out. The need to make multiple other appointments to get a referral for a specialist is a rip off. If you want a specialist appointment you have to make an appointment with your regular doctor to get a referral. After that you can only see the nurse PR actioner several times before you can see the MD DOC. If you make it that far. If you need to make a road trip to Denver for medical care I would do that.
