I placed an order online and filled out all required information. I got a confirmation number and a charge to my credit card. An hour and a half later I got an email stating my order was cancelled because the address was outside of their delivery area. WHY didn't the website tell me I was outside of the area? WHY didn't anyone call me to tell me so I could quickly find another florist? I called and I spoke to Gail who is the ONLY redeeming factor in this mess. She was sympathetic and professional and I appreciate the way she tried to help me. This florist is NOT to be used if you NEED to get flowers to someone in their darkest hour. Mine was supposed to have snap dragons, lilies and white roses at least a dozen. The bouquet that was delivered was a medium size if that. When I ordered the flower bouquet and balloons on their website I requested that it would be delivered to her office the day of her birthday (Feb 27). Hours went by and the tracking kept displaying "on the way". I finally called customer service and they said they will deliver before 4pm EST. Not ideal, but I was fine with that as long as they delivered before she left at 5pm EST. Ordered birthday flowers to be delivered to my daughter's work - first off, they didn't deliver them until 947pm - long after her work was closed so she didn't get them until the next day. Second, the arrangement I ordered was an upgraded arrangement $70 worth of flowers with delivery that was over $100 and what she got was 6 stems in a vase - definitely not worth the price I paid and when I contacted them they basically said too bad. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. Should really be "0" starts - completely unsatisfied. I ordered a plant to be delivered to a funeral home for a one-day visitation that started at 2:00 pm. I received a call at 12:49 pm on the day of delivery advising me that they could not fulfill my order and were issuing a refund. Of course, it was then too late to order from another florist. on 8/30/2025 the attached picture was delivered to my niece for her 40th birthday. We ordered the "extravagant" and unfortunately, I am unhappy with how it looks. The second picture attached is what you display on your website and it doesn't even compare. While I do understand, you may have to use different flowers because the seasonality but it looks nothing like the picture online. As a consumer, this is exactly what we are afraid of when ordering online- what we ordered online is not was not what was delivered. I got a confirmation the arrangement was delivered but the person I sent the delivery too never received the flowers. To my fault, I didn't realize this was a broker; not a local florist. That said, I placed an order, paid for it, and got back in bed (as I'm very sick.) I haven't really been checking my emails while I've been sick, but thankfully I happen to scroll through a while later and saw that I'd gotten an email canceling the order, as they can't find a florist in that area. As I emailed back to them, their website needs to be updated to not say they serve zip codes that they do not. If someone placed an order for same-day delivery and didn't see this message, they'd be totally screwed. I was able to figure it out, but shouldn't have had to. read more

They told me after the fact that there are no time delivery guarantees, which is not noted on the website. I googled a local florist in Roslyn and this came up and I learned after the fact that they are not even in Roslyn. If you want to send flowers to someone for a special occasion, use this place and you can almost guarantee that you will be greatly disappointed. I am refuting the charges with my bank. Its now 4:50 and the driver is still not there. They probably lied to me. Such horrible people and they were nasty as well. This place is HORRIBLE. read more
