From the moment I…read morearrived I was greeted by a nice receptionist with black hair-friendly and pleasant From there Lisa the RN showed me into the prep area and told me to take off all my clothes--which she kindly (with no attitude) helped me accomplish this because I can only use one arm She was marvelous and did a great job starting my iv catheter Next Dr Lee -the anesthesiologist-super cool doc Knowledgeable, answered all my concerns Then Lira an RN from the Philippines--absolutely wonderful,caring and a kind nurse She helped me re-dress and even tried to straighten my hair (which looked like a birds nest )after surgery Then finally Dr Goldstock-super cool doc I'm sure he fit me in on his busy day--because I was his last surgery Overall rating 5-STARS More STARS if I could give them Wonderful experience Carla Hernas VMD

He was very patient, answered all of our questions as well as making sure we understood everything he was explaining. We did not feel at all rushed and were encouraged to ask him about anything that that was of any concern with regard to my mothers recovery. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone going to the bone and joint center.

I just got off the phone with my insurance asking why it cost another nearly $160 despite paying 2 $40 co-pays. They said although my daughter did not have an "open" surgery, because of the type of "practice" it is, they are ALLLOWED to bill as a "closed surgery", despite stating there was no hands-on or manipulation of my daughter's foot. She had been seen and x-ray'ed prior at urgent care and she was only coming to this ortho for the fitting of a boot. Basically stated, the fitting of her boot was considered a "surgery". Complete BS and unethical. I am posting this so others consider other locations before this one to save yourself a hefty bill!!!! PS- you know it's shady when even your insurance company couldn't believe they'd sink that low.

Dr. Ashley Bertorelli expertise is amazing. She was able to immediately decipher my problem and explain a plan of treatment. She was open to trying different approaches to treat my problem. She is a very knowledgeable and kind person who helped me immensely. The Green Room is not a cookie cutter physical therapy practice. Each patient is given the therapist undivided attention. I would encourage anyone that is needs a physical therapist to schedule an appointment at the Green Room.

The scheduler and the wait to speak to a scheduler needs to be better. A week and a half ago , I…read morecalled because my appointment was rescheduled by the orthopedic Doctor Who had to do surgery. I waited two days to reschedule an appointment . I was surprised that after the doctor cancels your appointment there is no availability to see the same doctor immediately even though it was the Doctor Who canceled the appointment . The scheduler made an appointment incorrect after I was specific with who I wanted to see. I went to the appointment and that's when I learned that the appointment was not correct. When I checked in the individual checking me did not apologize. Did not care. No empathy. There were three women, and they appeared to be overwhelmed. the wait is too long to get an appointment When I mentioned I left my phone number three times to reschedule the appointment. I never received a phone call until I called the third day to reschedule, and the individual mention we been very busy we couldn't return calls. I called and wanted to speak to a supervisor just a couple of days ago to advise of my issue . Also, the supervisor can retrain the scheduler worker . No one has called.

Went to Dr Dixon for a swelling/burning left ankle and severe pain. Walking was horrific. I have…read moresevere flat feet. The pain was so bad. He told me to use an arthritis cream and had me fitted for custom made arch supports. Well the custom made arches made it worse. By end of day I could hardly walk. Cannot describe the pain. Went back to him 6 months later and he tells me I need surgery. That I no longer have mobility with my left foot. He said his nurse would be in touch to schedule the surgery. That was November 2024. To date I'm still editing for his nurse to contact me for surgery. Called several times and could only leave a message. I went to the Bone and Joint Center. What a difference. Dr Rosenbaum was so friendly. Thorough. Surgery was set up that very day I saw him. Go see him. He's highly recognized as one of the best foot/ankle surgeons in the area. .

I first went to Peak in 2016 for gym related issues and had a great experience, but I was younger…read moreand didn't keep up the routine after I got relief from whatever gym injury I had at the time. I just went back for the first time in 8 years and they treated me like I never left! I was in serious pain and discomfort this time around and it is one of the only times in my life I can say a Dr. got me in and actually helped me get relief immediately . I also must add that without insurance the $50 fee per visit is well worth it to get that kind of help when you need it and am going back this week again!

They were caring, funny, very personalized in their wonderful care. I highly recommend going here. Everyone from to the front desk staff to all the nurses and doctors really helped make my surgery a positive experience.
