But the front office and staff have become the reason I will not be returning, and I'm genuinely shocked this office maintains high ratings with the way things are being handled. For over a month, I have sent emails, texts, and made phone calls stating the same simple request: I need a Friday appointment (when I work remote) OR a weekday appointment at 3pm or later BEFORE year-end. My benefits expire soon, and like many people, I'm trying to use them before they reset. Instead of honoring that, they repeatedly tried to push me into January and February. It feels like either no one is reading messages, no one understands scheduling, or no one cares. I shouldn't have to repeat myself ten different times to get an appointment. The office is also unbalanced and unprepared. They have more front staff than back staff, yet only ONE hygienist, which makes absolutely no sense for a busy practice -- especially at year-end when people are trying to use benefits and staff are taking vacations. Any well-run office would prepare for that. This one clearly didn't. The situation that pushed me over the edge was when I requested my dental records and X-rays. The front desk demanded I sign a "medical release form" they typed up -- to send MY OWN records to MYSELF. When I questioned it, instead of correcting the mistake, the staff doubled down and tried arguing incorrect HIPAA information with me. I should NOT have to teach a dental office what HIPAA actually says. That is basic training. This is not just inconvenient -- it's concerning. At this point, let me be absolutely clear: I will not return to this office, and I will not remove this review unless Dr. Doshi contacts me directly to address these issues. Patients deserve an office that listens, understands HIPAA, and respects their time -- not one that ignores requests, mishandles records, and argues when they're wrong.

Tuesday, 11/16, my crown came off while I was chewing gum; luckily I was able to save the crown from the gum or me swallowing it. I called 21st Century and Jordan set me up for an appt on Wednesday with Jason. While Jason was examing the crown & the area it came off he discovered that the crown was cracked & had a small piece missing. After some x-rays and consultation with Dr. Bristol we decided it was best to have a new crown made & a temporary one put in. So impressions were made & the work began while working on the area for the crown Br Bristol noticed that the tooth in front of the area had a cavity so she asked me if we should take care of it & I agreed. So cavity taken care of & filled; new crown ordered & temporary crown in. Whew! Yes, there was some nitrous oxide involved but everything ended well!! Thanks again Dr. Bristol, Jason & Jordan!!! I will see you December 8th for my permanent crown.

Our daughter is 16 years old, on the autism spectrum, and has limited speech skills. Dr. Zamora was exceptional in her care and approach. For the past several years, my husband and I have attempted to have the broken tooth removed at other dental offices. However, due to our daughter's extreme fear of needles, each attempt ended in a complete meltdown and the procedure had to be cancelled. Dr. Zamora developed a plan that included bringing in a board-certified anesthesiologist. With this support, she was able not only to remove the broken tooth but also to address (remove) her impacted wisdom teeth in the same visit. The compassion, professionalism, and expertise we experienced at this office were outstanding. I personally have ongoing dental concerns and plan to seek a second opinion from Dr. Zamora soon. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to parents of children on the spectrum, as well as to anyone who struggles with a fear of needles.
