Then the owner of "On a limb," didn't like my response, so the "holier than thou" person just drove off. Apparently his discussion about not wanting to damage my lawn by parking on the street, made during the estimate process, was meaningless. Since I was home, the least consideration he could have performed would have been to knock on my door and ask. I would avoid this tree service. Not only was he days late but he never contacted me to let me know he wasn't coming as promised the first time. I had to chase after him to get any info regarding a date. Obviously he doesn't write things down and depends on strictly memory, or he simply doesn't care.

I had a road rage incident with one of the drivers. Not only did they initiate the the problem but upon me confronting him he's was smug on top of it. We have all been there but it is how you handle it that defines your character. They had no respect for the company they work for and represent. It's never a good idea to get mouthy with potential customers when your literally driving a billboard with a name and number. If they were the owner they wont be in business long, even worse if they were just employees then shame on them for their actions. Remember at the end of the day you never know who your taking to! P.S. I pay for lawn care and if they were the only company out there I would cut my lawn with some rust scissors by hand before hiring this company. Instead of deleting this review... When I was getting the quote from Joe, my neighbor across the street and one a couple houses down also asked for quotes. Then, when they were doing the work, people came out of the woodwork to ask them to do their driveways too. My new driveway is incredible. It was so worn down the dirt was coming through at the end. They fully replaced it, expanded it to be double width, and even put in a really nice Cambridge paver walkway to my front door. It totally transformed the look of my house. They got all the work done in two days and were really well organized in that they were able to simultaneously time it to stagger the different phases of paving and do multiple driveways at once. They had at least a dozen guys which made them really efficient.
