When you call in, you're going to talk to Kathy. She runs the office, and her husband Alex is the locksmith. They both know a LOT about locks, and it shows. We've used them for a couple different types of projects, and they aren't just on top of it and capable, but they're also honest. They've saved me money a couple of times when they could've charged more, and offered some great advice that kept us from needing a service call as well. Alex has replaced regular locks for us, installed keypad locks, and even basically built a brand new cylinder lock for an old garage of a type that no one uses any more. I'm worried that when he retires, we'll have to replace the whole door, but hopefully he'll be around for many years to come. I don't know if you have a ton of options when it comes to locksmiths in Hamilton County, but I do know I've worked with plenty of them in many counties, and these are the best ones I've ever come across. I did the research and talked to 4 companies before choosing Pregent and then .... at least a dozen other houses got the benefit. When I was getting the quote from Joe, my neighbor across the street and one a couple houses down also asked for quotes. Then, when they were doing the work, people came out of the woodwork to ask them to do their driveways too. My new driveway is incredible. It was so worn down the dirt was coming through at the end. They fully replaced it, expanded it to be double width, and even put in a really nice Cambridge paver walkway to my front door. It totally transformed the look of my house. They got all the work done in two days and were really well organized in that they were able to simultaneously time it to stagger the different phases of paving and do multiple driveways at once. They had at least a dozen guys which made them really efficient.

When my husband couldn't remember my phone number (because it's programmed in his phone) Steve said f**k off man and hung up. Steve, look at your text messages from July 8th. That's when you confirmed our appointment and received our address. This all could have been resolved but you lost it. Then you told my daughter you would call the police if we called you.
