At the time I was a new homeowner and I worked with Bryan Perez to obtain home insurance and of course coverage for my vehicle. He was patient with me as I had so much transpiring at once and new to the process, he took his time to explain things to me and answered my questions with great ease. And, to this day (2025) he is very responsive to all my inquiries. Bryan is always a pleasure to work with and is professional, he acts quickly to get answers and always follows up. When Bryan isn't around, I've worked with Addison and Leanette who are also professional and easy to work with. Having a good relationship with your insurance agent is comforting but they also do their best to get the best rates they can for their clients which is greatly appreciated. I recently was adding a 2nd car to my policy and I was up for renewal so on a recommendation of a close friend I reached out to Ben. After our meeting I ended up switching all my autos and my homeowners policy to Ben at Allstate because of the great value he was offering. Not only was the premium very fair, Ben actually took the time to explain to me the ins and outs of each policy and many different hypothetical situations to ensure I was getting proper coverage should I ever need to make a claim. We entered the office and was met by his office staff. When I tell you these three women, which are part of the office staff, made my wife and I feel very comfortable. We chatted and talked for awhile, then saw Stephen. We sat down in his luxurious office and went over the problems we were having. This man is very personable, pleasant and takes his time explaining things and does not try to rush you at all. He took over an hour in explaining, resolving and fixing the problems we were having. Please save yourself the hassel, frustrastion and headaches and take your business elsewhere for any of your insurance needs. I kept getting notices to the point where it was becoming monthly that my rates were increasing without any explanation. I called and submitted documets showing my defensive driving, I signed some form to exclude sopusal liability insurance and had my rates decrease slightly, only to receive another notice a month later that my rates again were increasing. I then received an addt'l notice that my policy would be renewing as of August 2024 and was drastically increasing again! I called the office for an explanation as to why (I have no accidents, points etc on my record) The staff member that answered was very friendly but her answer to me that "These are the new rates so they are increasing, sorry" was a bit unacceptable. I had to be transferred to the office manager Nicolette for a proper explanation. The next day I called the office and cancelled my policy as I obtained significantly cheaper rates from Geico. I spoke directly with the office manager and cancelled. I even was on the phone with her to confirm that she received via email my new insurance cards to confirm I obtained a new policy before cancelling. This was on August 1st, 2024 and my policy was not to be renwed until August 15th so I was actually to be prorated. On August 15th I was billed on my credit card 267 dollars for a policy renewal....The same policy that I cancelled 2 weeks prior with the OFFICE MANAGER. I called the office and spoke with the secretary again as she confirmed my "active" policy that again was cancelled. I was transferred to the office manager again and was informed that they neglected to cancel my auto billing and that the underwriters were made aware and a reverse transaction was put in place to be done as soon as possible. After 5 days of not receiving a refund on my card I had to yet again call back and question why I havent received the creidt on my credit card. I was told now a check will be mailed to my home in the next 5-7 business days. I finally received my check on September 3rd. I am now dealing with receiving messages that I have an outstanding bill of $3.74 and I am currently waiting for the office manager to yet again call me back to rectify this issue. Again, please do yourself a favor and save the hassel and headaches with this office and take your business elsewhere.

Has so much patience to explain every minute part we didn't understand and is never condescending. Returns calls and emails quickly. Made us feel he was truly on our side and wanting the best for us. Not to mention...the lowest quote for house insurance and we tried about 10 places in all. On top of that, the quote decreased even more because he worked so hard to get the auto insurance bundled. Now auto will be HALF of what it was with another very popular brand. I can't say enough good things about him, and I feel blessed that we found him.
