Flowers were wilting within 24 hours! My boyfriend ordered flowers online for delivery. They arrived in the after noon, and by the next morning the orchids were already wilting *see photo. The cranberries look like shit. I think they used the bottom of the barrel for my arrangement. I'm so disappointed! What should have been joy for days is just sad and frustrating. A friend of mine had a death in the family and I made arrangements to have flowers delivered to her home. I did it through a national web site and James Flowers got the order. In hindsight, I have worked with this florist in the past and familiar w their work and probably should have ordered directly but glad the business came their way. In my haste to get the order out, I gave the incorrect address for delivery. The delivery man took the time to call me, describe the building and confirm the address. When I discovered I provided the wrong address, he juggled his schedule around so he could return to the correct address to make the delivery. I have not seen the flowers but know they are spectacular as they have talented people work there. They have been at the same location and have been in business for decades. I would highly recommend them and will be sure to place my next order with them directly. read more

Ripoff artists. I ordered a beautiful poinsettia for a friend who is in the hospital, and I believed the photo on the James Flower website. What a shock. I asked the son to take a photo of the plant. It was at best a $5.99 cheap supermarket version of what is on the James Flower website. In order to send the right item, they have to remove the plant, wait another 24 hours, then deliver the new one. NO THANKS! I will never use these people again. Scammers! UPDATE! Now they are going to go into the hospital room and remove the Walmart $5.99 plant without giving the patient the one that I paid for! They are not bringing her a plant at all! Can you believe any business would treat a sick person this way? No heart, no class, no business expertise! read more

Do not trust this establishment to deliver what they depict (sell) online. Ask for a photo before they deliver to make sure what you ask for online or by phone matches (or is commensurate) with what was promised. I bought a"How Sweet It Is" DELUXE for $44.99, all flowers and no greenery, as depicted online. What they delivered was mostly green and far fewer flowers. See photos on Google reviews. When I ordered I checked off "NO SUBSTITUTIONS." Moreover, they were rude and insulting. Their reply was to go over and snatch the flowers back from my daughter who just graduated college. So insulting. By all means, consider buying flowers at Whole Foods. read more

Yvonne did the flowers for my wedding, and they turned out so wonderfully. I wanted fall-themed flowers in natural arrangements, not the stylized geometric shapes that seem to be so popular for wedding flowers these days, and she did a great job. I'm not so great with flower names, but she had lots of photos and samples to look at, so that made the process much easier. She did our centerpieces, my bouquet, several boutonnieres, and several corsages, as well as various flowers for the cake and ceremony, and everything looked lovely. Yvonne's prices were much more reasonable than the other florists we spoke with, and she really took the time to work with us and our floral budget to maximize results. We got many compliments on her work and I would recommend her to anyone. read more
