The staff where very friendly and helpful. as it was basically the end of the season for azalea's there selection was not good. I also felt that there pricing especially on the azalea's where extremely expensive more than double the cost of home depot for similar size. I originally went to Cavacini Landscaping as the Home Depot near me had none left. I ended up leaving and going to another Home depot where I bought azalea's for half the price. Cavacini had a good selection of perennials but again pricey. If I was in a bind I would go back as the plants looked nice and the service was friendly and staff was helpful.

He was delivering shrubs to my neighbor and I asked if they ever haul away branches for a fee. He agreed to help me out and was so positive to deal with even though it was a large amount of stuff for him to haul. I asked about the business and he said he and his brother are excited to continue the business with their dad who has been around for 32 years. I couldn't believe how nice and willing he was to help me! I'm looking forward to visiting their nursery to get plants for my new yard. If this is the level of customer care to be expected, this business has a bright future!

I just got a cart outside, loaded up, and wheeled it to the counter inside. I inquired about potting soil to plant outdoors if which they had several options. They asked me some questions and then recommended both a type and amount of soil and had me pull my car to a loading spot and staff loaded into my car. Love this place! They clearly knew the product was bad because they provided full refund but even the replacement plants are not in good shape. Mike is the person you deal with for issues with plants and he couldn't be more nasty. He even admitted to me they knowingly sold me hundreds of dollars of trees two days before they announced a 50% off everything sale and said wouldn't you do the same in your line of work. My boyfriend went in and the man he worked with was also miserable and nasty. My daughter's wedding was on October 28th. We were hunting live mums for decorating. We called MULTIPLE local nurseries. No one was willing to help, commenting that we could purchase what was left at the end of the season. As I continued down my list, I called best feeds on Wildwood. I had great experiences there before. I was shocked when the gentleman that answered the phone said to stop in and that they could certainly do something for me!!! He introduced me to two female staff members who were experts in matching colors, mums that bloomed later in the season, and sizes that I would need for each space. They also taught us how to make the blooms open at just the right time. The day of pick up they were all organized on a rack and ready to go. Can't say enough about the plant knowledge that the staff possesses. I really won't shop anywhere else for my plant needs moving forward. The one problem I had was there where virtually no customer sales help at all and after about 15 minutes I gave up and decided to leave. In the entire time I was there not one sales person came up to me and asked if they could help me find something???????? For me that is poor customer service even if they have nice plants and trees and a huge selection customer service should always be #1.
