This could of been a much better flower arrangement. I ordered birthday flowers for delivery last week after browsing their site. I was looking forward to seeing the arrangement they delivered. To my surprise they used completely different flowers then the image on their site with a couple exceptions. For the Chrysanthemum they used daisies The soft lilac flower was replaced by a bright purple one. Both the pink carnations and the white daisies looked in and shape. Aside from the orange roses I don't think any of the flowers match the original photo from their site. This made for s completely different arrangement which was significantly less nice. When people get flowers they won't mention that the bouquet is ugly but as the person who bought it you know the flower shop didn't deliver and in this case West View Floral Shoppe did not deliver. I would look elsewhere before deciding to get flowers delivered from them. Our loved ones deserve much better! read more

Great selection of floral arrangements online. Just a note: checkout on the ordering website would not accept PayPal, so I had to enter credit card and billing info. West View Floral is a wonderful find in the greater Pittsburgh (North Hills) area. The staff is approachable and friendly and Beth makes all transactions seem effortless. I am a "regular" customer as are located near the shop. They are associated with the Teleflora system and their arrangements are "spot on". Deliveries can be made on a last-minute basis for most transactions (but I'm sure this also depends on locality of the delivery). I highly recommend this establishment! read more

When I needed to order a funeral arrangement for a viewing 300 miles away, I turned to Yelp reviews to guide me. West View Floral had received 5 star reviews and with good reason. When I called, the florist was very understanding of my situation and together we were able to look at photos on the website and tweak the choice of flowers for the arrangement. I was quite surprised when the florist called me back on the day of the viewing to tell me she would send me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered in case I wanted any changes. The shop does very nice work but their customer service is quite the opposite. I recently tried to place a small order for next day and they acted like I was seriously inconveniencing them. The lady I spoke with was rude and condescending and telling me that she had a wedding and funeral to still work on, how she would be doing me a favor. I would have rather her tell me that she couldn't make it by the next day, I would have understood. I ended up canceling my order and taking my business elsewhere. It's a shame because they do nice work but I would rather do business where my money is well deserved. read more
