My husband spoke with the rude receptionist and said if you can't give me a time when you can install then we need to cancel this and find a company that can because our windows need to be resealed. I attempted to reach out on other windows that have now failed and was told they will no longer do business with us because we fired them and they tossed $800 of glass in the dumpster. Why would they do that? Why not call us and set up a time to use that glass that we needed. This story of us "firing them on the job" is completely inaccurate. They could not commit to coming out to my home because they were too busy and would let me know at their convenience when they could come that is the most unprofessional way of doing business I have ever heard of. I asked to speak with the owner, who apparently said they would not do business with us and was told by the receptionist this conversation is over and hung up on me. If you choose to do business with this company just be informed they do not stand by their work and will find a reason to not come out to your home and fix any job they have done. I am in Real Estate and know plenty of clients always looking for repair/ install companies for home projects. Rest assured I would never entrust this company with a client of mine. I guess our expectations of customer service are much higher than this local town business can handle.
