I have had the best experience working with them on glass replacement - in two house over the past 5 years. Our first house they replaced all the window glass in the front first and then later the back when we were getting ready to sell. The owner is a great guy, he provides easy to understand quotes, and there is no pressure or redicilious pricing. It's very affordable. The new glass made the house look like new. There was no mess, and it was effortless on my part. When we moved, we trusted them to once again replace some Foggy windows and doors that had the white bars. Shortly after, since its affordable, we had them replace all of the window glass 5 new look - no bars. Replacing the glass makes a big difference on the look of the house and keeps the house better insulated. With the new glass, we can no-longer feel the heat from the sun coming through like before. My initial review stands, but I just had to give another glowing report after our windows were installed. The team showed up on time and without a hiccup installed all 18 windows. They brought all equipment necessary to get up to the second floor and cleaned each window as they installed it. They wore booties over their shoes as we have a "please take your shoes off" request and were so kind to my little boys who couldn't get enough of their tools and ladders. When they were done the windows looked amazing and they didn't leave one trace of trash or a trace of any work having been done. Giuseppe was a pleasure to work with, under-promising and over-delivering on a project requiring the replacement of 64 glass panels which had leaked the nitrogen out over 30 years. Giuseppe worked hard to make sure I understood that the glass panel replacement was purely cosmetic, that being foggy did not affect their insulating quality. He was very careful to mark only ones that he was sure had failed seals to try to save me money. He gave an estimated production time from the factory, and made it clear that he was overestimating the time to make sure I wasn't going to be upset if there were manufacturing delays on such a large order. The glass came in several weeks earlier than I expected. Giuseppe and his crew were out to do the job at the scheduled time. They completed the job in less than the 3 days I was expecting. I found a few more window panels that were fogged while inspecting the new panels (which are great!), and Giuseppe was able to get those ordered and installed in 3 days! The price? I got pricing for a few windows to be totally replaced from some local contractors. After fainting at the cost because it was close to the price of a new car, I asked my neighbors for some recommendations. They all said "Call Guiseppe!!" I called WRS and he came out straight away! I had a total of 9 window glass replaced and 2 windows wouldn't stay open. He can even swap your "paned" windows out to the more modern "no pane" glass. Your windows will look brand new! Really no need to totally replace your windows. All of that "energy savings" is a marketing gimmick. It would take years to recoop the costs. I'm so happy I found WRS! read more

We purchased a new-to-us house and several of the windows had lost their seals and were fogged. Not wanting to replace the entire window, I reached out to WRS for assistance. Giuseppe came out very quickly to talk through the issue and recommended simply replacing the insulated glass and not tearing out the whole window. I pointed out about 15 windows that I thought needed glass replaced and he took the time to inspect every single window in the house with me and showed me that not all of them needed new glass, they were just very very dirty from years of neglect. I feel like a lesser company would have just replaced them and charged me without me knowing any better. Giuseppe then gave me some tips and advice on doing some DIY repairs to make the windows open and close smoother. He gave me a very reasonable quote for new glass on 12 insulated glass units and I also asked for new screens throughout. I agreed to the pricing on the spot since it was very reasonable and tens of thousands less than replacing all of those windows. He let me know the factory is being right now due to COVID, but within about three weeks everything was ready and the installers came out. I didn't get the installers names, but they were great too. They worked hard all day and got everything taken care of, but found an issue (at no fault of their own) with one piece of glass that needed a replacement made from the factory. The installers were professional and respectful of our space when working in and around our home. They did a fantastic job of installing the glass, even going back and windexing off any smudges they made on the glass during install. The replacement piece of glass from the factory only took a few days and the guys came back out this morning and replaced it in just a few minutes. Overall we're ecstatic with how our windows turned out and the service we got from this company. read more
