Ryan put a comprehensive price proposal together that included contingency expenses I would need to cover. This remodel took approximately 4 weeks. And no surprises related to cost based on the proposal. All the tile work, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock and finish work was completed by highly skilled professionals. All showed up when they said they were coming and were very respectful of my time and living space. The work area was always clean at the end of the day. We have security cameras and witnessed such unprofessional work. He used our dumpster without permission to dump a bunch of personal property, dehumidifiers, chairs, large metal pieces. That was just the beginning. He could be heard saying to his worker how he under bid the job and would make it up. Boy did he! When he realized he was on security cameras he unplugged them.He ruined furniture and did not complete the job. Our two story entry wasn't touched and so many other areas of the house also.
